Instructions to find a comfortable seated position with a straight back and to connect with the breath. The teacher guides attention to the inhale and exhale and sensations at the nostrils and belly to anchor presence.
A short body scan invites awareness from the feet up through the torso to the face and crown, relaxing each area. This helps ground and soften physical tension so the mind can settle.
The facilitator frames radical acceptance as starting with oneself and remembering who you are at your core. This sets a compassionate tone for the inner work that follows.
A focused sequence moves through the chakras from the first to the seventh, naming a foundational 'right' for each (safety, feeling, acting, love, expression, wisdom, connection). Listeners are invited to acknowledge and accept these rights as a way to feel whole.
The practice invites bringing hands to heart and lifting them to open the eighth/luminous chakra, surrounding oneself with light, love, and gratitude. The light is allowed to fill the body and is guided down into the heart to integrate the experience.
A brief closing includes gratitude for oneself and all beings, a namaste gesture, and a friendly sign-off with contact and well-wishes. This wraps up the session and offers closure.
Hello everyone, Danielle here and welcome to your meditation around acceptance. And acceptance is really a powerful space to be in when you just accept things as they are, like radical acceptance for the now moment, which is really just getting to the now moment and accepting the situation as it is. So again, get cozy, sit down, back can be straight. meaning back against the wall, on the ground, or just prop yourself up on a pillow or blanket and get connected to your breath. Noticing it flow in and flow out.
Breath flowing in and out. Noticing it flow past your nostrils, space between your eyebrows, back of your throat, to your belly. Again out your belly, back of your throat, space between the eyebrows and out of your nose. Beginning settled into your seat. Notice your feet, your legs, your hips, your torso, shoulders relaxed down your back. Relax the arms, hands and fingers. Relax your neck, your jaw, your cheeks, your eyes. Tiny, tiny muscles around your eyes or head softens. Notice the crown of your head.
This radical acceptance starts with you. We tend to hold on a lot of things in ourselves about ourselves. This invitation is to start with this radical acceptance for yourself, who you are and who you came here to be. It's really going back to remembering who you are at your core. From the chakras starting at your First chakra is a right to feel safe. So I invite you here just to feel safe. I am safe. Second chakra, the right to feel. Just inviting in the right, honoring all the feelings that arise.
Not your belly, third chakra is the right to act. So like you from your center, the right to act on your will. This is what you want to create from your belly. Fourth chakra around your heart, the right to be loved and loved. Accept that in the fifth chakra at your throat, right to express your voice, your truth. Sixth chakra, the space between your eyebrows, right to perceive, to really know your inner wisdom, your truth, to really know, you know what to do and you can follow your dreams, your visions.
The seventh chakra right above your head, crown of your head. That's the right to connect to source, to light. There's something bigger than you. Consider there's nothing bigger than you and bigger than you. connect to this infinite well of light and love that's readily available for you. So using the connection to the chakras to feel whole and complete and accept yourself as you are right now, as you are not right now. Right above the seven chakras, your eighth chakras, your luminant body. I'll have you bring your hands to heart center here.
Just reach your hands up above your head and really just open up your eighth chakra around your body. Embracing yourself with a lot of light, a lot of love, gratitude for you. Feeling a shift? If not, that's okay too. Just start to welcome that in. That light around you. Really letting it fill you up. From your toes to your fingers to the tip of your nose. Bringing the hands again above your head, bringing that light down into your karma chakra into your heart. And we'll seal in this meditation with gratitude for you and all beings everywhere in radical acceptance.
Down to the forehead we say, namaste. Go work, my friends. Questions on this meditation, reach out. My name is Danielle. Have a great, blessed, love and light day.
