Danielle is giving you a meditation around metta meditation. Meta meditation means loving kindness for all things everywhere, all beings everywhere. Shift in your body, your mind, your heart, your spirit, the health, happiness and freedom for you. Questions on this loving kindness.

Hello everyone. And Danielle here giving you a meditation around metta meditation. And this is the focus on loving kindness. So again, get comfortable. You can lay down, you can sit up, you can lean back against the wall or sit in the chair, just get comfortable. Again, option to close your eyes, tune into your breath, let it flow in the nose, back down the throat, to the lungs, to the belly, out through the belly, the lungs, the back of the throat, now at the tip of the nose. Meta meditation means loving kindness for all things everywhere, all beings everywhere.

It first starts with you, may all beings be happy, may all beings be free. So when you're settled, imagine a loved one like sitting in front of you just to bring them to my side and wish to them, may you be happy, may you be healthy, may you be free. Thank them for being here and be on their way. And bring to mind's eye like an acquaintance, you see maybe at like the coffee shop or, you know, at work that you don't really talk to somebody that you experience but don't really know. Bring them to your mind's eye, send them metave may you be happy, may you be healthy, may you be free.

Let them go on their way and then bring to mind's eye somebody that maybe right now you're having frustration or anger or just you're at odds with. Bring them to mind's eye, send them may you be healthy, may you be happy, may you be free. Thank them and send them on their way. And then bring yourself to your own minds. I send yourself, may I be healthy, may I be happy, may I be free and send you spirit on your way. Remembering everybody collectively that you know showed up today for you or all beings everywhere into your vision, mind's eye, but also periphery, global vision horizon vision of all things, all beings everywhere.

With that, send out loving kindness. May we all be healthy, may we all be happy, may we all be free, may we all be healthy, may we all be happy, may we all be free. Just notice the breath again. Experience what's here for you. Shift in your body, your mind, your heart, your spirit, the health, happiness and freedom for you and all beings everywhere. Bring your hands to heart center. Anjali Mudra really tapping into your heart, taking two deep breaths, cleansing this leg. Bring your thumbs to your third eye, seed of intuition, inner knowing, wisdom.

You bow together and say Namaste. Good work, good work. Questions on this loving kindness. Metta meditation reach out. My name is Danielle. Have a great blessed day.
