Cadre is a community for wellness and mental health. This page explains who makes the content you see here, how it is reviewed, what to do if you need help right away, and how to tell us when something is wrong.

Who creates content

Videos and livestreams on Cadre are made by contributors we have vetted. When a contributor holds a professional credential, we show it on their profile together with the issuing body and jurisdiction, so you can see who is speaking and in what capacity. Content is shared as general wellness information and is not a substitute for care from your own clinician.

How content is reviewed

Content and features that touch clinical topics go through clinical review before they are published, and each review decision is recorded in our clinical decision register. Reviews are revisited when guidance changes or when a member reports a concern.

If you need help now

Cadre is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away. In the United States you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

How to report content

If something you see on Cadre seems inaccurate, unsafe or against our community guidelines, tell us. Reports go to our support team and, when needed, to clinical review.
