Hello everyone, Danielle here, another meditation, this one is the theme on surrender, also known as a letting you go. Really feeling the difference between like power and force. A lot of times you may want to force through things and that doesn't work. So I'll have you just get cozy. Again, you can lay down on your back so it gets a wall. You know, prop yourself up underneath, a pillow underneath you just to get your spine straight. Notice your breath here. Let it flow through the nose and out the nose.
Again, nothing to do, nothing to fix. Start to first tap into your physical body by bringing awareness to your feet. Your calf muscles, your kneecaps, upper thighs, hips. When your awareness to your torso, the left and right side of your torso, the front and back of your torso. Your shoulders down, your arms to your elbows, hands, notice your hands. Fingers are your arms and fingers, clenched, tight, or shoulders up by your ears. Come, soften down your back. Relax your neck, your jaw, eyes. Relax the tiny muscles around your eyes.
Remember your awareness to the crown of your head. Let that breath flow up and down the length of your spine. Maybe possibly bring into mind something that has a struggle or a sticking point in your life. Where you have tried force, say to figure it out, also to almost take too much control of a situation, person, thing, outcome that you're looking for. Let it land in front of you. Notice how you first start separate from it, not it, it's not you, it doesn't identify you. You are whole and complete, perfect, imperfect, all at the same time.
Even without that situation, come into a resolve that you would like. Breathe into the space around your heart. Notice what even comes up for you here and invite you to put a white light around that situation in front of you. A light love, protection, honoring, it's here for a reason. Put some light love protection around it. Almost like a bubble when it flowed away. We tend to also just get so identified with that thing. Can you let it float away? And as it folds away, notice what shows up. It could be fear or it could be gratitude, ease, notice.
Typically the situation actually allows us to live out limiting belief about ourselves underneath it. So if you get access to one, it could be the feeling of unworthy or not good enough. Allow that to float away with it, release that. Now in this new space, it's like a trust, a faith, a grace, a leaning back into something bigger to support you. So in that space, now fill it up with more of an intention on what you want to experience. It can be even specifically in that area. If I go with something, I want to feel worthy or feel gratitude.
I intend to feel empowered. I intend to speak my voice. I intend to fill myself up with care and love. Whatever it is, put your intention around you that now white light of love protection support around you. There's now new intention. Then breathe into that space again around your heart that I fill you up. And you are whole and complete right now. Not having to do force, fix, figure out anything. And with each breath, notice that white light around you expanding, growing. Maybe to the walls of the room you're in or city lines, state lines, universe.
Let it expand or contract as big as it wants. [ Pause ] Three more nourishing breaths to really stand, and this is where your power is. Sit, feel into your power, a power from surrender. Feel the infinite love, love feeling you up, speaking your truth, and that's where your power lies. [ Pause ] Bring your hands to heart center, Anjali Mudra. Mudra at the heart, like tuning into your heart spaces. Now newfound power. Surrendering to the outcome. It typically works out actually better than you can imagine when you allow yourself to surrender and stand in your power from this new now space.
That was up to heart center. Say namaste. Good work, good work, good work. Questions on this one specifically around surrender, especially probably in an area that, you know, you just don't know what to do or it's not going the way you planned. Work on this meditation for a couple of times to see how things can shift and transform for you. Questions, let me know, my name is Danielle.
