Hey, good morning, Cadre. How are we doing on this Sunday? Almost said Saturday. That would have been an untruth. It is Sunday and I hope that you're doing great and that it's okay if you're not. You are still incredibly capable, still incredibly worthy. You're probably still going to do some pretty remarkable things on this Sunday. I'm glad I'm here. I'm glad you're here. I know the things I know and I care about you. If you're in Minneapolis, there's a great opportunity today. You can head on down to the North Loop.

You can see all about it in cadre socials or type in refresh Minneapolis and you'll see a really awesome event with a lot of familiar faces and a lot of faces you don't know yet. That's what I like to call strangers. All coming together to do things that will bring them connection and experiences that are familiar and experiences that are unfamiliar. Because we know that there's lots of different ways to be well. And that doesn't mean that if you're not doing these things that you are unwell. And that's what I'm going to be speaking about at the event.

This idea that if we're not doing the things that other people are doing that are deemed wellness activities, that you are then therefore unwell. It's one of the biggest hit your head against the wall moments with our species. We are really good at telling people, hey, do these things and you'll be well without saying, hey, and if you do the opposite of these things, you're also probably going to be well. I guarantee you this morning I'll be having a orange high C flavored beverage from McDonald's.

I guarantee you that I will consume some processed foods today. I promise you that I will do my best to run my 42nd marathon in a couple of weeks. I'll tell you that I will always do all these things that seem to be contradictory to one another. Because what's contradictory is how we've set up the idea of what is well and what is not. Simplified sounding solutions to complex realities are the roots of all starts and finishes and middles of problems. If you're ever told something like, hey, eat less and move more, and then all of a sudden you will be well.

If you're ever looked down upon because you do X and not Y, guess what? Feeling like crud is really bad for your health. Having people put you into a box of, oh, or, I used to do that, but now I don't. Yeah, that's not good for your health. What is good for your health is being reminded that you have a curiosity and you have an intuition and you have a clarity and truth and a presence that when you tap into those things, yeah, wellness is waiting for you. And wellness is already with you. We'll see you later.
