A brief wrap-up where the speaker passes to music and signs off, inviting viewers to return tomorrow. This chapter closes the session and transitions to the outro.
Everybody. We'll hit it right there. The dog days, they're not over. We're in them right now. It is summer, y'all. I always think August is the month where everybody's extremely, I don't use everybody loosely, so I won't even use it right now. A lot of people are feeling anxious and exhausted at the same time. It's like, I can't do anything, but I'm also really, really nervous. That's this month. That's this time of year, right? How often do we talk about the thin space, right? The space in between and often Sundays are that space of the weekend is over, but the week hasn't begun yet.
We are currently in that space. The summer is starting to wind down. It's still a long ways away. but obviously fall is not here yet. So no matter what you're feeling today, I hope you are navigating. And I'm glad that I'm here. I'm glad you're here. I know the things I know and I care about you. The idea of building momentum I think is more and more front of mind for people. Momentum insinuates ease. It's like, okay, it is easier to do the things now than they were yesterday. Why? Because we've built some momentum.
We've gotten into some routine. These are really popular things and things that are craved and desired. In that space, how do we build momentum? Well, I like to think of it as build momentum, you need to add breath and remove tension. Because if you add breath and remove tension, things happen easier. You go, okay, great. Well, how do we do that? It comes down to moments. I love words and I love letters and I love how things set up. Momentum is a connection, a collection, a lineage of moments. So it brings us back to that space as always of, hey, doing little things often, being where you are with what you have.
All of these little things add up to something. Junk Food Junkie throws in, yes, August is always the dog days of summer. Make the best of them. Yeah, make the best of all the days you get. Those are the ones you get. Those are the opportunities you have to make some moments. Y'all, Florence will play us out. I'll see you tomorrow. Bye.
