Hey there, Cadre. How are we doing on this, on this, what do we got? Thursday? Wednesday? I never have any idea what day of the week it is. But hey, I hope you're doing great. I think it's Wednesday. Let's call it Wednesday. I'm glad I'm here. I'm glad you're here. I know the things I know and I care about you. Sometimes in the Cadre Today world, That's where you are right now, this daily connect to remind you that there's lots of ways to be well. I go, gosh, I don't know what to say. I get to see a lot of people, meet a lot of people every single darn day, and sometimes you go, I don't know what to say, but I do know that there's often songs that can bring us all together.

Hey Cole, Josh, Emily, how are we doing? This is a song that invites you to do something that you may not be doing. So as you listen to it, if all of a sudden you go, oh golly, yeah, I'm not doing that. Maybe that's the invitation today to look up. Sometimes your life feels like a broken roller coaster, 1000 useless moving parts. Sometimes you spend your nights too scared of getting closer, hiding out in the backseat of your car. You You tell yourself it's raining. The clouds are in your head. You tell yourself it's better to jump before you fall again, before you lose it all again.

Look up. Do you see the sunlight? Look up. There's flowers in your hair. Hold on, because somebody loves you. know trouble's always gonna be there. Don't let it bring it to your knees. Yeah, look up. So St. Augustine talked about how when life was happening to him, he would curve in on himself. He would go, in curvatus se in Latin, I would curve in on myself and be blind to the world around me. And then through his journey and through his life, he started going, I need to unravel. I need to open back up again to see the world around me.

And that's what he started doing. Consider if life's stress and curveballs and exhaustion and frustrations are inviting you to curve in on yourself. And if they are, look up. Do you see the sunlight? Look up. There's flowers in your hair. Hold on, because somebody loves you. know troubles are always going to be there. Don't let them bring it to your knees, Willow. Look up. I'll see you tomorrow.
