He says your feelings are enough and that is your intuition.
JC: No matter where you are on any given day, to look up, to hold on and to remember that trouble is going to be there. He says your feelings are enough and that is your intuition. JC: Use your intuition today to listen to what your gut is saying.
Some days you lose the fight. Life can be beautiful if you let it be. Tomorrow keeps taunting you with all kinds of mysteries. Blank page for your poetry. You let it be so d yourself. It's raining. The clouds are in your head. You tell your it's better to jump before you fall again. Before you lose it all again. Look up. Hey Anna. Hey Chris. Look up. Hold on. Hey, Mel. You know trouble's always gonna be there. Don't let it bring it to your knees. Look up. I am still on the look up train. That song is.
I think it speaks to no matter where you are on any given day, to look up, to hold on and to remember that trouble is going to be there. So what are you going to do with it? How are you going to navigate? How are you going to make the most of? How are you going to ignore? How are you going to win when you want to win? How are you going to go ahead and lose when you go, you know, right now, winning isn't the goal. My name is JC if we've never shared time and space together before, thank you for the opportunity to spend some time with you right now.
I'm glad that I'm here. I'm glad that you're here. I know the things I know and I care about you. And with all that being said, I hope your Thursday is divine. But if it's not, you are still incredibly capable, incredibly worthy, incredibly potent. And you're still going to accomplish some pretty wonderfully impactful things today. Even if you don't see it. Maybe you need to look up, maybe you need to hold on and maybe you need to stop. There are times that we go, gosh, you just need to keep grinding, keep pushing and keep grinding, keep pushing.
But sometimes stopping is the right pathway, the stop so you can redirect the stop so you can maybe slide back. Cause you're not holding on. So when do we know that we're supposed to do something different? Hey, Rosie. Nice to see you, my friend. You know, I always talk about this concept of enoughness. The idea that you are already indeed enough in this moment, capable of doing something in a world that says we are here. And once you are here, then you'll be capable of doing all the things enoughness says.
Hey, you are here and right now, where you are, you are capable of doing something that is incredibly impactful, worthy, all of that stuff. And in this concept, there's four calibrating arms, four things you can tweak. Those things are, first of all, your words are enough. That's your honesty. Number two, your curiosity is enough. That's your thought. Number three, you are enough. That is your presence and the second calibrating arm, but I'm saying it last because we'll talk about it today for a moment, is your feelings are enough and that is your intuition.
I always love saying, your intuition is the part of your being that says, hey, hey, do that. That will be good. And it makes sense. Your intuition doesn't pull in a lot of quantitative data. It lives in the qualitative. It lives in the things that we feel and the things that we hear. So sometimes it's harder to trust that our intuition, our gut is, is working from a place of high, optimal or high probability of being the right thing to do. Right. Because we often attempt to discern what our gut is saying with our brain.
And our brain loves the quantitative. It loves the numbers. Our gut loves the qualitative, the figurative, the fluffy, the feeling. So I always like saying to people when they're considering, if it's time to stop, time to pause, time to redirect, time to give up, that a lot of times it's not going to be your brain that gives you the answer that actually creates action. Stopping happens from our gut because you need to take in the things that make you feel something big enough to go, I'm not going to do this anymore or I'm not going to do this right now.
Sometimes you have to look up, sometimes you have to look in. Sometimes you have to hold on, Sometimes you have to let go. How will we know when it's time to do each of those things? Check in with that part of your being that says, hey, do that. That makes sense and will feel good. It will feel right. And that part of your being, use your intuition. So my invitation for you today is to listen to it, to listen to what your gut is saying and go, huh? Yeah, I'm gonna stop. Why? Because it feels right.
Have a good one, everybody. I'll see you tomorrow. Look up. There's flowers in your head. Hold on. Cause somebody loves you. You know love will always gonna be there. Don't let it bring you to your knees. Look up.
