Good evening from a beautiful Eerie, Pennsylvania.
Speak Wonder. Welcome to live. Thanks for tuning in. Happy to have you here. So I love talking about savoring moments. Jamie. Yeah. Oh, this week's a heart. Excellent. That's good. That's. That's really good for myself. Definitely this, this week's definitely feeling like a heart. Definitely been sleeping a little bit, a little bit later than I normally do. C. and the west coast, so. And I know a lot of people are in the same boat where they're trying to stay cool, trying to. Trying to get reprieve from the heat.
So, yeah, busy week. Yeah. Yeah. Let me know in the comments. Give me a heat emoji or a hot emoji. If it's smoke it hot where you are right now and you need some reprieve from the heat, let me know. Let me know. Okay, so, yeah, let's. Let's get going. And again, today's live is about celebrating those wins, those small wins, those big wins, those everyday wins. Rose. Oh, really hot. Yeah, same here. I'm definitely heat. The. The hot heat emoji. It's very hot. So being that it's wealth wisdom Wednesdays, being that it's always been raining in Erie, Pennsylvania, well, honestly, how about we trade?
How about I give you some of our heat and then. And then, yeah, we are actually calling for rain in the next couple days. So that'll be nice to, for it to cool off because I, I don't mind when it rains. I like the heat too, just not too hot. So. But Wealth Wisdom Wednesdays is all about money focus, how to enhance your money mindset, how to build that wealth and abundance mindset. And I did a live with Nikki Mollet, which I posted all my YouTube shorts to my YouTube channel and the shorts also from that live that I did recently, I think it was last month, July or June, also on the TikTok, my TikTok channel at mindset.
So lots of content for you guys there if you like tuning into the wealth woods on Wednesdays and the Sunday Spark session. So. But today is all about, you know, savoring those wins, savoring those moments where you're like, you know what? I'm like, celebrate those wins when you're like, you know what I'm like, I'm on the up and up. I'm on the upper trajectory. I'm like, I'm doing the thing. I'm setting aside that money. I'm saving the money to invest, right? You're building yourself your nest egg, right?
Through your investments or whatever it is. You're setting aside $25 a paycheck or $50 a paycheck, like, you know, every two weeks or just monthly, right? Those are all small wins to be celebrated and to be savored, right? So it's not always about hitting the big. Of course we want to hit those big lofty goals, but in on the journey to the hitting those big lofty goals and those big financial abundance goals that we want to hit, right? If you're like, oh, I want to make 20,000amonth or I want to make 30 million, or I want my, my estate to be like 30 million or my, what is it net worth to be 30 million, right?
Those are great goals to have, but you want to also reverse engineer those goals. So you're savoring each moment and that's baked into your process. So I like the word automate. Automate. I love the word because when we automate things and we do it in a way that's very frictionless, seamless, it creates good, it can create a good or bad habit. But when it comes to finances, you want to automate as much as possible and to help you savor those moments, those micro moments or those general moments, right?
Hours to hour, minutes to minutes, seconds even. And what helps give me peace of mind and I know would help give you Peace of mind is when you're, you're automating things like bill payments, right. As much as possible. I know it's not always an option, but automate your bill payments. You will thank me later because if we automate our bill payments, that's going to give us more peace of mind for later and then we won't be obsessing about what's coming up down the pipe with things that are coming up and they're coming due.
Right? And I always like to talk about buffer. I love the word buffer. Give yourself a buffer. So automate, automate your bills, automate your investments, right? Like we talked about, like small, small to large amounts of money a month that's with. Within your budget, within your risk tolerance. We got time, objective and risk tolerance to be able to set aside for your investments. Excuse me, for your nest egg for retirement. Whatever your goals are, right. Those three variables will always be adjusted accordingly based on your personal investment philosophy and what your goals, your life goals are.
Where you are in your life, your age has a big thing to do with it, right? Every decade there's new things that we're thinking about or new things that we're doing or new things that we're working towards. New goals, new life goals, new personal goals, new business goals. So to help make things easier on you, start small, but think big. When I say start small, that's automating your bills, that's automating your investments with, again, small amounts of money, as little as $25 or whatever a bank or your investment firm will allow because that starts the habit.
And when the habit starts and you're. And you're able to maintain the habit for an extended period of time, then you can look at increasing those investment amounts based on your goals because they'll, your advisor will run through with you the, like how the money, how much more the money can grow based on increasing your investment amounts and. Or adjusting your time horizon. So those are just things to consider, right? And then what else did I want to mention about savoring moments? You know, creating additional peace of mind by savoring those moments?
I would say, yeah, automate your bills, automating your investments. Those are the two big ones. Because it creates a lot less friction day to day. And then again, weekly budget, I talked about in that Live with Nikki, create yourself a weekly budget. Just because I feel like sometimes monthly may not be frequent enough. Just because. Especially if you and your partner have different pay periods, right? You're both working. Because every other week, if it's bi weekly payments or bi weekly pay. One check paycheck comes in, you've got X amount of bills potentially that week and then the other paycheck comes out the following week.
So I that's why I like to do weekly budget of how much we can set aside towards bills, investments, fun stuff, miscellaneous, right? Miscellaneous is always fun and you can factor that all in to your, your weekly budget, right? And then last thing, last little piece of advice. Try using an AI tool. I don't know if any of you have used an AI tool, but I'm trying to use them more for, for, for budgeting and stuff like that. They definitely are helpful because I know you know, budgets aren't always fixed all the time.
They gotta be, you know, they do have to be a bit fluid for adjustments or adapting on the fly sometimes things that happen. But as much as possible, create yourself a weekly budget and if you have any challenges with it, try and plug in your bills that are custom to you into like an AI like Chat GPT or Microsoft Copilot. If again if you're comfortable with that or Claude, these are all different tools that are part of your tool, your toolkit and give it a go and punch it in there and say hey, help me determine my weekly budget.
Here's all of my bills that come out, the dates, the amounts, here's my net pay, right? Then ask it how much do I have left after all of my bills and my net pay that comes in every month, how much do I have that I can set aside to start investing? And then once it says that you could say okay, based on that I also have X amount of debts I want to pay off every month or put money towards your debt. So I always tell my wife all the time, always pay debts first and then everything else and then the fun stuff.
So keep that in mind. Hopefully this, this live was helpful for you. Just some little tools to utilize. Automate your bills, automate your investments, weekly budget and then last but not least, utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Claude to create to you to help you create a budget weekly budget if you don't already have one set up. And then even you could ask an advice on for kind of how you want to invest and stuff like that too, right? Although it's not an advisor and although I'm not an advisor, these are just ideas for you to percolate on to help you with your personal financial journey.
