Welcome to the second video from the Sehri. Three minutes, body movements. I'm so happy you make it to the second one. So what we're gonna learn today in this second video, I don't know if any one of you here is fan of latin music. So today we're gonna vibe with some reggaeton music. I love latin music. Wait to share it with you. We gonna go with our left leg. We gonna just stand with our left leg up. And then you put your hip out, and then with the right up. Boom. That's it. Super duper easy. So we're gonna go with your leg up, back, up, back, up, back, up, back.

Yeah. And now you want to act your hand with it. So when you move with your left leg, we use your opposite hand, so that the right hand. So you want to just pop it, say, no, no. Or you can say, yes. Yes. Up to you. But as easy as you see, you just step, step, step. So it's gonna be 1234-5678 that's it. That we already finished our first eight count five, six, seven, go. And 1234. And five, six, and seven, eight. And now with the second one, go out with the left. Go in, go out with the right. Go in, go out with the left.

Go in, and go out with the right. Go in. Yes. And then let come back from the top. Five, six, seven, go leg up. Boom, and boom. To the left, to the right, to the left and to the right. Yeah, looking fabulous. Let's learn a little bit more. And now you're gonna stand out with this left leg. You go, boom. And you go in. And then very easy, you slide to the right, slide to the left, slide to the right, to the time. That's it. Five, six, seven, go, boom. To the left. Go in. Slide to the right. Slide to the left.

Six, seven, eight. Yeah. So now you have three times a cup. Let go over one more time. Five, six, seven, step the left, step the right, step the left, and step the right. Throw to the right and throw to the left. And movement in. And right. Left and right, and right, yes, guys, looking nice. And the next one, same move. We're gonna move to the left, to the right, and to the double leg. Double left, yes. And you see my hip? It just goes up. Yeah, it gonna come with practice. So if now you don't feel just moving yet, just keep on practicing.

All right, let's come back from the top. Everything. Five, six, seven, go. Eight. Click, click, click. And click. And open, open, open, open, open. And boom. Here, right, left, double dabble. Left, right and double, double. Yes. Shall we try with the music so that you can get into the mood? We finished here in the left. So here she say situ me ama something. I don't speak Spanish. So after this, what you're gonna do is you go up here and you turn and then you gonna go left, right, left, right four times.

Yeah. So you go up with your leg like, hey, look at my booty. And then you go left, right, left, right. And then you can turn back and then she sing again. Situ me yama. And then you gonna go with this. So let's combine everything and we try to do music quickly and fantastic. That's the three minutes that boosts your confidence and energy during Jonathan. Let's go from the top. Five, six, seven, go. And 1234. And 5678. And open. And open. And open. And open. In right leg. Right, right, left, right, left leg.

Left, left. After hip. Left, right, left, right. And turn. Repeat. Boom. In right, left, right, left, right, boom, boom, boom, boom. That's it. Let's practice two times. Music guys, that's a very quick three minute to energize you. If you are having such a bad day or you are just feel a little bit tired, feeling a little bit dark, I hope this three minutes boost your spirit. And don't forget to check out the next video in our series of three minute body movement. I'm going to see you soon.
