  1. 0:00Nick the poet is sharing some poetry with Neufie

Take delight in your imperfections. What we really need is more self acceptance. There's different sections of life and varying degrees of strife. On the flip side is the joyous ride that life can be.

  2. 1:09Running the race with endurance is a good start, Luke says

So, navigating this space between expansiveness and despair, running the race with endurance. Let's pop out of the trance whenever we can and say hello to each other. You're always on the cusp of greatness because you are, in fact, great. The time is always now.

Hi, folks. How you doing? Nick the poet here. Thanks for taking a walk with me today. I'm going to jump right into some poetry. Take delight in your imperfections. We all think we need more self improvement, but what we really need is more self acceptance. That's what Anthony DeMelo said. There's different sections of life and varying degrees of strife, or what the Buddhists call suffering. It's easy to get caught in this, like when the spinning circle shows up on the computer and it's buffering.

I always want to avoid pain and fear. Two four letter words that can taste like rotten cheese curds. On the flip side is the joyous ride that life can be. It's as easy as riding down a slide coated in the best sicilian olive oil. So good that even Don Corleone would dunk his bread in it and give you a high five as you fly past to your amazing destiny. Hey, good morning, Neufie. Thanks for joining. Just reading some poetry today. Thanks. Thanks for joining. So, navigating this space between expansiveness and despair, running the race with endurance and.

Hey, Luke, how you doing? You know about running the race with endurance. You ran 106 miles once. So running the race with endurance and losing your cunning and gaining your heart seems to be a good start as the moon glistens and the loon dives underwater and the baker wins the lottery and the banker buys that charcuterie board that was on sale at TJ Maxx after he started a new diet and bought some kale at Trader Joe's. We're all in this dance. Let's pop out of the trance whenever we can and say hello to each other.

Hello. So, yeah, lavish gifts get. Lavish gifts await us all when we realize the universe that I. That when all we realize the universe that. That I am constantly provides. Life is mysterious. Life is serious. Life is curious. Cheer yourself up. You're always on the cusp of greatness because you are, in fact, great. It's not too late, at any rate. The time is always now. So keep on trudging, brave soldiers of the night. Your dreams shall loft into flight as you become one with the light, wishing you a whole bunch of peace, positivity, prosperity, then happiness, while always remembering that we have a lot of work, but we're going to do it together.

Have an awesome day. Bye.
