Yeeks. Hey, good morning everybody. It is Thursday. Happy Thursday. I think it is. Yes, it is Thursday. I hope you guys are all doing great. The sun is finally out, so I'm excited and I am going to enjoy it this morning. Sorry, I'm just trying to adjust this here. I think I put in a caption what I was talking about and it has to do with welcoming reminders that. Let me tell you what happened to inspire this thought. Last week we came across a documentary on Netflix. We're always trying to find good things to watch, like some of you probably, and this documentary came up.

I think the title of it is the game Changers. I think that's the name of it. And it's about plant based diet compared to not plant based diet. And it was really good. But as I watched it, I was being reminded. I'm like, this looks familiar. I feel like I've seen this. And as it went on, I realized I had seen it a few years prior and after, and I watched the whole thing through and it's, you know, close to 2 hours or so. But after I watched it, I was thinking to myself, I'm glad I rewatched that because when I originally watched it several years ago, I really committed myself to a plant based diet.

And I got really into it and I was feeling great about it and stuck to it. And then slowly but surely, I started incorporating some of the old previous things that I would eat, like mostly meat and chicken. And I'm still okay with that. But I've gotten to the point now where I don't. I think I'm eating a little bit more than I want to. So it just got me thinking that sometimes it's good to re watch or revisit or re listen or reread. There have been times where I read a book and I'm finished and I have nothing left to read until I go find a new one.

And so I'll go to my library because I keep all of my best books. I keep them. The others I'll give away or donate. But I have gone back and reread some of my favorite books and I'm so glad because we just can't possibly retain everything that we learn and consume, right? And then yesterday I saw a really good post by somebody and it resonated so much because it talked about it actually mentioned the game changers documentary. Her post was focusing on that how everything that we consume changes us in some way, positively or negatively, right.

And we need to be conscientious of that and aware of that happening when we consume either a podcast or a book or a movie, it changes us. And so for me, because I tend to gravitate toward things that are going to change me for the better. They're going to inspire a thought or a good thought or a good habit that for some of these things, once is not enough. We have to be okay with going back and revisiting some of these things. Not everything, of course. That would be a little much, but that's it.

I just thought that was a good thought and kind of reminder for me and for many of you that what books do you have sitting around on your shelf that you can go back and reread, even if not in its entirety, just maybe parts of it, documentaries or movies or podcasts or whatever it may be, because everything that we come across has some value, right? And so if it's something that touched you or made a difference at one point, then it could definitely kind of reignite something if you go back to it and revisit it.

And so that's it. That is my thought. I wanted to share that with you. Hopefully it's helpful to somebody out there. And I hope that you guys enjoy the rest of this beautiful, gorgeous day. At least it's a free finally beautiful where I am. Been waiting a while for this sun to come through over here, so I'm going to go enjoy the day. I hope you are as well, and I will talk to you again soon. See you guys. Bye.
