A brief, friendly opening where the host says hello, wishes viewers a good Monday, and shares appreciation for being present. It sets a warm tone and orients the audience.
The speaker defines 'Cadre' as a caring group and reminds viewers that everyone supports each other through ups and downs. He emphasizes that capacity and impact can change while underlying value and intention remain constant.
The host reflects on vocation, intuition, and the components of being (heart, head, hands), then reframes life as made of many small moments and choices. This section encourages noticing the cumulative power of brief actions.
He debunks multitasking, explains how the brain switches between tasks, and invites viewers to take life one minute at a time for greater effectiveness and nourishment. The short close reinforces that each moment is enough.
Hey, good morning, Cadre. Happy, happy Monday. JC here with your daily dose of Cadre today. Cadre, the special group of people with a special intention and that special intention is to show the world that there's lots of ways to be well. I'm glad I'm here. I'm glad you're here. I know the things I know and I really, really care about you. And I know you're saying that right back to me. I would bet a nickel on it. That's what we do here. We remind each other that we're doing the things Even though a lot of times the things always feel different.
They feel a little bit more impactful, a little less impactful, a little bit easier, a little bit harder. No matter what, we know that's the journey. Our capacity may change, but our value does not. Our impact may be inconsistent, and yet we know that what we're doing is coming from a place of grounding, a place of vocation and calling. I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing and I know that to be true because I got a curiosity and an intuition. I got a heart and a head. I got hands to work. Life is made-up of these little moments, these little minutes, these little actions, these little choices.
However you look at each little capsule of time, it's a collection of them. And how many can you do at once? This many. You can do one thing at once. It's the weird thing about the human brain and the human experience, right? We're always thinking that we're doing so many things at once and that we're multitasking. Actually, we're incapable of doing that. The human cannot multitask. We switch. We do one thing for this millisecond and this thing for the next. And so my invitation for you today is to do one minute at a time.
It's when you're most effective, it's when you're nourished the most, and it's when you nourish others the most. And you don't have a choice. You can only do one thing at once. Let each moment be enough. See you tomorrow. the phone's falling down.
