Time It's time. Time Why you punish me Like a wave crashing in the shore You wash away my dreams Hey Speak Wonder! Like a... walk away Like a friend with somewhere to go You left me crying Can you teach me 'bout tomorrow? 'Cause I'm all just another day. I don't believe in time. A little Hootie and the Blowfish this morning for you, y'all. Darius Rucker is the lead singer. That voice, it's just one of those voices you hear and you go, I know that voice. It's a unique voice. Can you teach me about tomorrow and all the pain and sorrow running free?

Because tomorrow's just another day and I don't believe in time. Whether it's yesterday or tomorrow that's pulling your energy, you are right here right now and that's a good thing. Whether you're feeling great or whether you're not, you are still incredibly capable and worthy and probably going to do some pretty impactful things today. So bravo on taking some time right here, right now to go ahead and recharge, to refuel, to ground in with your Cadre Sphere people. Cadre, a special group of people with a special intention That special intention is to show people that there are lots of different ways to be well.

And when we take time to do little things for ourselves, to fill our cup, everybody benefits from that. So thank you for doing that right here with one another. My name's JC. If we've never shared time and space together before, thank you. I'm glad I'm here. I'm glad you're here. I know the things I know and I care about you. I was having a conversation this week with a cadre friend. And they're talking about that they appreciate the enoughness stuff that I talk about. Enoughness I define as the practice of affirming that you are already indeed enough in this moment that you are, you have value right here.

The world kind of tells us this, right? Once you accomplish this thing in the future, then you'll be worthy and capable of doing X and Y and Z. What enoughness says is, now, if we're always attempting to become that thing, we're never actually thinking that we are capable and worthy. So we live in this deluded state. We live in this state of going, I am not enough yet, or once I work harder, or it's my fault that I am not capable, right? We live in that weird, not healthy space. Enoughness says, no, we need to bring that space to, hey, I may not be capable of doing this, but I am capable of doing this.

And when we say I can, I will, I am, I do, Yeah, our power amplifies and our growth actually accelerates. So enoughness does not equal complacency. Enoughness says no, actually it's the opposite. Enoughness says I am going to not be complacent. I'm going to focus on doing what I can do. Anyways, I have spent and spend a lot of time talking about this enoughness concept. And my friend was like, gosh, so I've been kind of sketching out, you know, kind of a a similar concept that I have, but it's like, ah, but you know, like you have your enoughness thing and other people have their thing and I'm trying to figure out what my thing is.

And they're attempting to find something that is unique and fresh and has never been thought of before. And you know, my response is, we all are saying the exact same thing. We're looking at the world through our individual lens and going, here's how I see that I can do it, how I can manage, how I can survive, how I can grow. And within this conversation, it was bringing us right back to what the conversation was about. The way that you look at the world is enough. The way that you do your wellness journey is enough.

It has to be. If you don't go right now, here's how I am on my side. And it may not be in the way that you want to be on your side. You may want to do more. You may want to do different. Yet you have to start where you are, which is why it's like all of a sudden the Barbie movie came out and all of a sudden Ken has his enoughness thing. And it's like, oh, JC, it's like Ken. I go, yeah, like words are words, right? Think about the way that you look at the world. Think about the way you stand on your side.

Think about the way you care about yourself. Challenge yourself to see that is the starting place. That is enough for right now to go, all right, I have everything I need to take the next step. But even before you take that next step, you are being nourished in this moment. If you're hearing this voice, if you're in cadre, there's the proof. You're doing the good things. You are. Already indeed enough. Keep it going. See you tomorrow.
