Hey cadre, how are we doing? It is Monday. Right. It's Monday. Um. How's it going? I saw Luke live stream about 1/2 an hour ago, so you know you got a full cup of cadre here to go ahead and start your day. Rose 612 nice to see you my friend. I hope you're doing great, but if you're not, guess what? You were still incredibly capable. You were still incredibly worthy. you're still probably going to do some pretty miraculous things today and impact some people around you um a newy lover Cafe Marisa Monday crew is in the house um you know one of my favorite things I always love when I get into my car and I see yesterday drink still here.

It was a little can of Sprite. I was like, oh, I have some leftover Sprite from yesterday. Do not judge me that I love yesterday drink as much as I love today drink. But whatever you got, a cup of coffee, a bottle of water, a Mountain Dew, a donut, a smoothie, whatever you got, cheers to you. I'm glad I'm here. I'm glad you're here. I know the things I know and I care about you. Here's the deal, stick to your plan. Stick to it. If you have created a plan, you are in a really great place to move in the direction of.

Hey, when you're being judged, you know you're on the right track, y'all. So, Rose, I appreciate the judging because it means I'm making some conscious choices, right? I'm acknowledging who I am and what I do and even more so why I do it. And I know the judging is all in good fun. So here's the deal, right? That plan that you've put in place and Mondays are really good days to check those plans and go, yeah, here's how I'm executing on that plan. But as the title of Cadre Today suggests, stick to the plan unless dot, dot, dot.

And here's the unless. Unless your plan does not have room for reality. I know a lot of people who are really good at putting everything in place and they go, here's how it's going to happen. And I go, wow, you're really good at telling yourself a story to make yourself feel like you have more control than you have. And that's a good thing to do, right? Feeling like you are in control can lower the cortisol, but cortisol is a good thing, just like everything in moderation. Feeling in control allows you to go, Whoo, I'm going to take some breaths and be able to have some clarity.

But here's the deal. You should stick to your plan unless your plan is so incredibly rigid that you are inevitably going to fail. If your plan does not have rest built in, if your plan does not have bumps and bruises built in, if your plan does not have mindset as much as execution built in, If your plan does not have kindness and love and a view that is bigger than yourself built in, change your plan. Throw it in the air like you really, really care and rebuild a plan that has a little bit of grace and a little bit of reality built in.

Because here's the deal. Would you rather have an advantageous plan that you're never going to be able to stick with? or an advantageous strategic plan with some reality and some malleability to it, that you're going to be able to bend rather than break. You're going to be able to do all the things that we hear, right? At the end of the day, make sure that that plan is built for the life that you're living so then you can continue to move with it. Because a plan, I like to say, is not a noun. A plan is a verb.

A plan is an evolution. A plan is a vehicle that is durable enough to get you to where you're getting to from where you are right now. And if that plan has some built in flat sprite in mini cans, awesome. But also if your plan doesn't, awesome. Make choices that make sense to you. Your intuition is that part of your being that says, hey, do that. This makes sense. That feels good. And that makes a lot of calming energy within my soul. If you can act from that place, you're going to get to where you think you're supposed to get to.

May just have a couple more turns, but there's never been a good story told that doesn't have some tips and turns in it. So no matter where you are, no matter what's going on, I hope you have a good one. I will see you tomorrow. Go get some flat Sprite, Rose. Ha!
