All right, Danielle here. Now we're going to do a practice. It's a tool called box breathing to help you get access to the breath, really present to the breath. And then from that presence of breath gives you access for successful meditation. So use this as well. So it is literally like a box. We're going to inhale, hold, exhale and hold the breath. Okay, so about a minute here. You can also set a timer and go as long as you want with this four count breathing, bucks breathing. Yeah, do it how it best serves you to get you access to breath, access to meditation.
So get cozy, comfortable, spine straight. Okay, when you're ready, inhale for four, three, two, one, hold four, three, two, one. Exhale four, three, two, one. Hold four, three, two, one. Inhale, hold, exhale four. Hold the breath. Inhale, hold, exhale. Hold the breath. One more time. Inhale. Hold the breath. Exhale. Hold the breath. Inhale. And do that to get you deep into your body, deep into the awareness, present moment. Yeah, from a minute a day to even 20 minutes, okay? questions on this, let me know.
I did this during a dentist appointment, just a four count box breathing and it was great. So try it on for size. Let me know what you get access to.
