  1. 0:09Cadre, how are you doing on February 3, 2026

J.C. has the opportunity to be your voice of Cadre, Cadre today. If you're doing great, but if you're not, you're still incredibly capable, incredibly worthy, incredibly potent of impacting the world. And that is always indeed enough.

  2. 2:20Every experience you have is information. And information comes from experience

Every experience you have is information. Information is the fodder for every fire that we ever set. Stagnance is scary. Most of the time, stagnance is a experience. When that experience turns into information, decide to do something with it.

Sometimes your life feels like a broken roller coaster. A thousand useless moving parts. Sometimes you spend your nights too scared of getting closer? Hiding out in the backseat of your car. You tell yourself it's raining, the clouds are in your head. You tell yourself it's better. Good morning, Davis. Jump before you fall again. Before you lose it all again. Look up, Josh. Good morning, my friend. Look up. Hold on. You know trouble's always gonna be there. Don't let it bring it to your knees. Look up.

Good morning, Cadre. How are we doing on this Tuesday, February 3, 2026. I hope you're doing fantastically. C. if we've never shared time and space together before, thank you for the opportunity to spend some time with now. It truly is a gift, a joy and an honor to do so. And not because you have all your stuff figured out. It's not because you're having a great day. It's not because you're gonna accomplish all the things that you said you were going to accomplish, plus more. But it's because you are here.

And that is always indeed enough. I hope that you're doing great, but if you're not, you're still incredibly capable, incredibly worthy, incredibly potent of impacting the world. And you're already doing that by being here right now. I'm glad I'm here. I'm glad you're here. I know the things. I know, and I care about you. I have the opportunity, the honor to be your voice of Cadre, Cadre today. Every single darn day. Done it about 1200 times. And that's a pretty remarkable gift that I've received, getting to spend time with all y' all out there in the Cadre sphere today.

I want you to think about the fact that every experience you have is information. Every experience 1% better. Nice to see you, my friend. Every experience you have is information. And information is. Well, information is everything, right? Information is the fodder for every fire that we ever. That we ever set, that that keeps us warm, that we feel, that guides us, that lights the way. Information is. Is the resource. And information comes from experience. You know, a lot of times I talk about, you know, progression being wonderful, and then I say regression is also wonderful.

Stagnance is scary. Why? Because most of the time, stagnance is a experience. Barren wasteland. There's not a lot of experience in not experiencing and not moving and not winning and not losing and not trying and not experimenting. Experience is found within us, going, I am open. I am aware. I'm curious. I'm courageous. All the things I talk about, all the things we talk about, it's experience and turning that experience into something that we can go, huh? Today, this is my daily bread. Today, this is my coach.

Today, this is my nurturer. Today, this is. Is the flashlight in the darkness, the thing that helps you look up, thing that helps you hold on. So my invitation today, because if we've never shared time and space together before, you'll always know at the end. I offer an invitation. My invitation is to look at the things that are going on. You experience them, to take them in. Let them be metabolized by all your systems. Your body, spirit, your mind, your soul, all the things. And then when that experience turns into information, decide to do something with it.

T. North. It's great to see you. Davis. Josh, 1% is a really, really wonderful thing. And I will take this experience that we've had together and I will turn it into some information that I can use to move through my day. Y' all, don't forget. Look up, Look up? Do you see the sunshine? Look up? There's flowers in your hair? Hold on. Cause somebody loves you? You know trouble's always gonna be there? Don't let it bring you to your knees? Look up.
