  1. 0:06Jean Mitchells is excited to welcome you to the physical health community

Jean Mitchells is the founder of the physical health community. The community is for anyone looking for an opportunity to try something new within their physical health. Here are different ways in which Mitchells will show up for you.

Hi, I'm Jean Mitchells. Welcome to the physical health community. I am so excited you're here. Why Cadre is important to me is it's an opportunity for people to come together to create positive change, to learn, to inspire, to feel everything and work forward together. I am really excited to be a part of the physical health community for so many reasons. One, as someone who grew up as an athlete, movement has really been what has helped keep me grounded. When I go through grief, when I go through stress.

I have found that movement, being in my physical body helps me to move forward. And bringing that into this community is so important to me. But not just the physical side of it, but what happens emotionally, mentally that can also impact our physical health and how we might move together, forward in this community. So bringing together questions are really important to me. Being able to hear your stories, share your stories and experience, and remembering that who we are today is a moment in time and that we can celebrate who we were physically, mentally, emotionally in the past and then we can be present here today to identify what are the seeds we want to plant for our physical health in the future.

Over the course of our journey together in the physical health community, here are different ways in which I'm going to show up for you. We'll have live Q and A sessions where you can bring any of your questions around physical health to me and we'll have a conversation about it. And if I don't know the answers, we'll find someone that does. You'll see videos, live video streams with me talking about my stories. I'm a storyteller, so I'll use real life examples, but I'll ground it in research because I'm also kind of a nerd.

So I'm going to go out and find out all the best information and most of the time I probably will have a certification that will support it and ground it as well. So to help you make sure that you're getting the best advice. I'm not a doctor, I am a coach. But I will bring you as much information as we can so that we can meet you exactly where you're at and help you make those steps to move forward in your journey of physical health. Looking at you from a whole person and not just one element of who you are.

This community is for anyone looking for an opportunity to try something new within their physical health. You don't have to be an athlete. I coach people who go from walking that maybe want to run or cross the finish line of their first 5k. So it doesn't matter where you're at in your journey. It's about getting connected to your body and understanding and listening to your body, listening to the foods maybe that you eat or the type of movement that you're doing that feels good that you want to make as a habit.

This community is for you, and we're going to walk through all of that journey with you together. My hope for everyone that joins this community is that you feel like you belong, that you feel like you have some information that you can take away that's going to feel good to you, that you can use either to create new habits or, or make progress, but also simply feel like you have a community of people that are here to support you. I'm really excited that you're here. I can't wait to see you in our community, moving around, sharing your ideas, your lessons learned, your thoughts.

But from the bottom of my heart, I'm truly grateful that you've joined our Cadre and community as a whole. And I invite you to just lean in and learn something along the way with us.
