Friday, we have arrived. (laugh) uh, my trusted advisor. Is here with us on this amazing Friday. And he says take a breath. He says. Take a breath. Breath. I have my goddess energy. 24, 7 shirt on. To just remind us that we all have. Such amazing energy. And it's Friday. So we're gonna take a breath. Are you ready to breathe with me? Do it try one. Big breath, inhale. Inhale exhale. Okay. I'm here only with major. So we're gonna try it. We're gonna get loud. I am inviting you. To join me in a loud.

Exhale. I'll explain why so let's do it big inhale. Inhale open your mouth and exhale. How's that feel? Maybe it feels strange. Let's do one more big inhale. Inhale exhale. No, not very loud, but that was my loud, at least for right now. And there's no judging. We're just breathing. Now I'm gonna invite you to do one more breath, and then I'm gonna explain some things. Uh, pinky. Pinky and thumb pinch together. So I'm gonna invite you to either take your thumb or. A finger for finger. It wasn't your pinky.

I don't know why I said that. It's Friday. Uh, Illumina invite you. Nuns might look mirrored. Meaning you're seeing my opposites. Opposites. If we were looking at each other, we'd be seeing opposites of each other. But I'm gonna invite you to. Take your pointer finger. And I have to do it on my left nostril. So this is my left. It might be your right, but go to your left. And I want you to push. The left nostril closed. (laugh) good thing. There's nothing going on in my nose. Uh, push your left, not stroke close.

And now I'm gonna invite you to only breathe. In and out. Through your right nostril. Three breaths. Breaths, let it go. Hi, speak wonder. So when we only breathe through our right nostril. Nasstrom energetically speaking. So, uh, maybe I shouldn't introduce myself. I'm Jean, if we haven't met. Before, I'm a lot of things. We are all a lot of things. But some of my hats. Hats. I'm an executive coach. I'm a consultant. I do a lot of. Public speaking. I am a Reiki master, an energy worker. I do sound bath meditations.

Meditations breath work, cranial sacral. So I do a lot of things to help us move energy. I do a lot of things to help us. Come into our center. Now the exercise that we just did to start first basic breathing. When we can allow ourselves a few moments to simply. Actively and intentionally breathe. It resets our whole system. Now I can use a lot of language around science, but I'm not going to. At least not today. I'm just gonna invite you. To think about how you feel. You don't need science. Always to explain everything and it's there.

And if you want it, I'll get it for you or I'll share it with you. But sometimes we just need to focus on how we feel. When we do something. So when I take some long soul inhales and I. Pause and I exhale. I feel calm. How do you feel type it in the chat? When I do some inhales. With loud exhales. I feel a little squeamish. I'm not. Gonna lie, especially when I'm with other people. Uh, but when I'm here by myself, I'm like, oh, yeah, I can make a noise. And the first one, I feel like I'm still like a mouse.

I'm still a. Little quiet, like my window's open and my neighbors hear me. And then the second one, I'm like, yeah, I can be a little louder. And then by the last one, I. I'm like, oh yeah. I feel like I'm getting my groove. Speak wonder says you feel regulated when you breathe and slow down. Yeah, it's about resetting our systems. Now when we use our voice. When we exhale loudly. How do you actually feel in your body, what happens in your mind or in your, in your body? When I exhale with sound.

And I get rid of all the, the stories I tell myself in my head. I feel activated. I feel. Connected to a deeper version of myself. So play with that a little bit. Now we did an activation breath. Where we plug one nostril. So I'm gonna go a little. Woo. Woo. Where just work with me here. Um, the left side of our body is our divine feminine. Our right side of our body is our divine masculine. This isn't about sexuality. It's just about. Energy animals have it, plants have it, anything. Living basically.

Has a left and a right. So there's, uh, a divine feminine. It's our calming energy. It's grounding it. Bring. Brings us. I like to say it brings us back home. Our divine masculine. Think about that. It just. Allows us to activate arts are doer. It's. It's it's our hunter gatherer. It's it's it's that energy that keeps us moving forward and making progress, but sometimes. That can be too much. Or sometimes we're feeling a little under motivated. We feel a little too. So on those days, when I'm feeling a little too much on one side or the other.

Not grounded or centered. I might activate my breath. So we did. The activation I pressed. My left nostril. Uh, if you're mirroring me, you want. Plug the opposite side. So left side of your body. Plug it up. That's activating. Our divine masculine, the part of us that accomplishes things. Do do do there's so much more to it, but we're gonna keep it high level. Now you could be saying to yourself, gosh, I'm doing all the time. I'm actually overdoing. Fun fact, my nickname when I was a child from my brother was doer.

Mm-hmm (affirmative) not cool. He'd be like do or do or do where genie is a doer. And I would scream at the top of my lungs. I am not a doer. I would give my dad a heart. Attack. He was hard of hearing. So when I would scream, I would startle him. But I'll tell you what. Brothers. No, it's not wrong. I learned by doing I'm very active. I process some motions through movement. I'm a doer. He's right. So when I find that I'm overdoing. Anyone else relate. List too long. Never get to cross off enough.

Don't even catch a breath, forget to eat a meal, cuz you're busy. Guilty. I will then activate my divine feminine the side of me. That is calm. Nurturing. The side that loves to hug and touch. Lays on the ground and just holds a hand on my dog, you know? That side of you. That can slow down. When I need to activate that side, that energetic self. Then I do the other side. I close. My right nostril. And I only inhale and exhale through my left. So let's try so plug the right nostril. So that you can only breathe through your left.

Now, maybe it's stuffed up, but try. So let's go first breath. What did that feel like? What did it feel like in your body? Different than any of the other breasts that we tried. So, I don't know if you noticed. Noticed, but I'm talking a little softer. I feel soft. Right now. I feel grounded. I feel like a little more calm than. Racing from the garage to the elevator, into our apartment to sit down in the. Chair to make sure I was here on time. So our breath, we can activate it and do. Different things.

If you just wanna feel more balanced and grounded, you could simply breathe. In through your left nostril. And then exhale out through your right. So do a circular breath where you're. Activating by inhaling through your left. And releasing by exhaling out. Through your right. So energetically speaking, we pull energy in through our left heel. So. Intention groundedness that energy rises up. Our left leg comes up and over our head. And exhales down the right side of our body. So when we're letting.

Something go we actually are letting it go out our right heel. So if you activate that breath where you draw in. And you release, you create that circular, energetic motion and you can. Feel it in your body? So today on Friday. Breath. Taking that pause is we leap into the weekend. My invitation to you. Is spend another two or three minutes after I hit end. Close your eyes or not look around whatever space you're in. And just give yourself the opportunity to breathe. Let go of the week. So that you can expansively walk into the weekend.

Whatever that's gonna look like. So my invitation to you. Brave pause. Speak wonder. It's great to see you always. And if you're listening on a replay, thank you for tuning in. I'll be here every Friday to help us kickstart our weekend with breath. Every week will be slightly different. And I'll be popping in. Another day or two. With something else to share. And tomorrow. It's a magic day, eight, eight. It's called the lion's gate portal. So I'll pop in tomorrow and share a little more about that.

But for today. Just breathe.
