Hello, Cadre. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. It's so good to be with you. Happy Wednesday and welcome to a new hour. Just take a deep breath in. Welcome to this new moment. Welcome, everyone. I am so grateful to be with you. Hello, Melissa. I am your friend and coach, Coach Rachel Logan. It is an honor to be with you. Welcome to get to the root with me. Coach Rachel Logan. Hello. Speak wonder. I've missed your presence. I've missed your presence. I hope you are well. Nice to see you.

Good morning. Good morning. You know when you say good morning or some people say grain rising, you are setting the atmosphere up for success. You are declaring something in the in your space, in your home, in your heart, in your mind that says today is going to be a good day. Thank you. And so when you say good afternoon, good evening, you are already setting the intention so grand rising. Good morning, good afternoon wherever you are in the world. I'm in the Midwest, so it is still morning time for me and I am grateful to be with you today.

I am. I am truly grateful. So in the chat, as we are getting ourselves grounded and getting ready to talk about something beautiful, I want you to identify three things that's beautiful to you. Identify three beautiful things that you see, that you heard, that you need, that you touch, that you felt. I want you to write out in the chat three things that is beautiful for you. Three things that's beautiful for you. And right now, one beautiful thing is to see your presence is to see you on the line with me.

Another beautiful thing is I have a sunflower growing in my garden and it is absolutely beautiful to see. Another thing that's beautiful to see is to see people smiling. So this morning, seeing my son smile as he got ready for school, seeing my daughter put on cute clothes, seeing her smile in the mirror, it is beautiful for me. So I'm curious to know in this very moment, look around, look around your room, your office, look around the city, wherever you're sitting, what do you see that is beautiful to you?

What is beautiful? When we just look at and meditate and admire something that is pleasing to the eye, it does something to our heart. For me, it is flowers. When I see flowers, when I see birds. But those are my three beautiful things as you my sunflower and seeing my children smile. So three things that's beautiful. All right. So this past weekend I have something to share. This past weekend I hosted at my church, I hosted the seven pillars of wellness. And it was an opportunity for people in my community to Come together to learn how to elevate every area of your life.

And I want to give a shout out to Dr. Leslie Davis. She's on on Tuesday mornings at 11am she was one of our speakers and she brought up something that was so profound for me that it was like a light bulb that went off in my ear and a light bulb that went off in my mind. My ear was itching. And I want to share this with you. Have you ever heard of Maslow's law of hierarchy of need? Maslow, Hierarchy of needs. Okay. So it's the stages in which a person develops is the stages of what a person basic needs are.

And I want to go over them with you today. So I have my handy notes. I want to go over them with you today because something stood out that I don't know, I just never saw before. It just never hit home. And I was with the client and I showed her the hierarchy of need and it was just like a light bulb went off in her mind where she realized, man, I deserve to elevate. And so that's why I picked the topic today. I deserve to elevate. And so yes, Mel and Speak, Wonder and anyone else who joins on the line, you deserve to elevate.

So I just want to go over them. Okay? Are you with me? Okay, Number one, it's this physiological need. So that is the basic food, shelter, clothing, sleep. We need that to exist. That is a basic need. And we, we know, we know when we're hungry and hangry. We know when we're tired and we haven't had enough sleep. We know what it looks like for our mood, how that impacts our mental and physical well being. So it is one of those basic needs. Above that is safety and security. So that is health, employment, just feeling safe, family, social ability.

Above that is love and belonging. Okay? So it is a basic need to be a part of a community. It is a basic need to be connected. And the opposite of that is isolation. Okay? So we are aware that if we are isolated or alone too long and it becomes unhealthy, that's when we experience disease, right? So we know love, connection, family, friends, community is essential. Number four, self esteem. It is important that we are confident that we are achieving, that we're respectful for others and that we possess that unique need for our own individuality.

Okay? Number five, this was the one that blew my mind and my client's mind. And I don't know why, but it is just does self actualization. It is creativity, femininity, acceptance, Experience, purpose and meaning and inner potential. It is becoming the absolute best version of yourself. That is a need. To become the absolute best version of yourself is a need. Let that sit with you for a moment. It is an absolute basic need for you to become all that you are created to be. Let that sit with you for a moment.

Think about this. Think about all that you think about this. I think about the seven areas of our life we have and I may forget something, but there are key areas of our life. We have health, we have mine. We have body, soul. We have our finances, our career and intellectual wellness. We have connectivity, relationships. We have all areas of our life. But do you understand it is essential that we become the best version of ourselves in the areas of our lives. That is so profound for me. And I want you to sit in that because I want you to think about, am I living the best version in my health?

Am I living the best version in my career, in my family, in my relationships? Am I living the best version of myself Spiritually? It is a need to elevate. It is a basic need for you to explore and to go beyond your height. It is a basic need for you to be bold. Remember last week we talked about boldness, meaning not hesitating and moving beyond your normal limits in your actions, thoughts and behaviors. It is a need for you to develop and to grow, to have self esteem, to have love and belongings, have safety and security and all of your physiological needs met.

So I charge you today and to really think about this, how do I become my best version? How do I get this basic need met? So I've been thinking, I've been processing this and part of it is stepping out on faith. It is literally saying yes to that thing that is absolutely scary for you. It is saying, yes, I'm going to apply for that program or yes, I'm going to go back to school or yes, I'm going to launch that business or yes, I'm going to ask this person out on a date. So, or yes, I'm going to start my family or yes, I'm going to take this trip if that is what's going to take for you to be your absolute best, for you to have that fulfillment for you to walk in your purpose and destiny.

That is a need. So anytime you find yourself shrinking or altering or pulling back or saying no, oh my goodness, that's when we find ourselves in this ease, y', all, I'm blown away. Thanks for the hearts. It is a need to be great. That's all that I'm saying it is a need for you to be creative. It is a need for you to launch. It is a need for you to heal. It is a need for you to be delivered. It is a need for you to be bold. It's just like needing food. It is a need for you to be spiritually sound.

What happens if you don't feed your dog? What happens if you don't give your daughter or dog water? What happens to your plant or your garden if you stop giving it water? What happens to my watermelons if I stop giving it something? Sun and water, their basic needs for growth and development. Tell me in the chat. It dies, y'. All. I could be being real extra right now. I don't know. But I know for me this is like mind blowing because that's what I see happens with our clients, with people they're not fulfilling all of them, all that's potential, all that's within them.

And so I charge you today to look it up, look up Maslow hierarchy of needs just so you can have the visual and for you to affirm. I have basic needs that needs to be met. And I encourage you to go after your inner potential. You are limitless. You really are. You are limitless. You are bold. You have the ability to achieve and excel more than you can ever think or imagine. And you deserve to be elevated. You don't have to wait for somebody else to elevate you. You make a decision. You make the decision.

I read a quote today and I'll end with this because it blessed me and it just like it's like setting off inner fires in my body, right? It says ready. Getting ready is not an emotion. Being ready, starting something is not emotional. That sense of motivation to get started is not an emotion. Motivation is not an emotion. Readiness is not an emotion. It's a decision. It's a decision. It's a decision. So self accusation is a decision. It's not an emotion. We don't get ready. You make a decision. So I'm charging you to make a decision.

Readiness is a decision. Potential and operating in purpose is a decision. It's not emotional. It's not emotional. It's a decision. So decide today that you deserve to elevate in every area of your life. Decide today to be bold and make bold moves. Decide today to smile, to look at things. That's beautiful. To post, to launch, to reach, to research. If there is no perfect time, the perfect time is now. All right, good people. All right, good people. I hope you take this message and do something with it and take it and apply it to your life.

Readiness is not an emotion. It's a decision. So becoming all that you are designed and able to be is a decision. So what are you deciding to do today? Today, what are you deciding to do in your life because you deserve elevate. All right, I will see you next Wednesday at 11am I do want to hear your feedback. I really want you to come back and tell me what you decided to do rather is to take your wellness to the next level, your relationships to the next level, your mind, your peace. Hey, Mel, thank you.

Glad. Good nuggets, Good chicken nuggets. Just like chick fil a nuggets which I might go get for my lunch today. All I'm saying is this go be do, execute. You absolutely deserve it. All right, I see you next Wednesday. Check. Share this with someone. Tell them about the other amazing Cadre contributors online, the coaches. If you guys need a coach to take it to the next level, connect with one of our coaches because they can help you and walk you through it. All right, good people, take care and I'll see you next Wednesday.

One love.
