Hi, Cadre Sphere, your resilience coaching studio is tonight, the first 18 Eastern, this Monday night. I hope you'll join me. Hi, I'm Rick Cram, new to Cadre here. I'm a resilience coach and communications expert and I'll share with you plan to be your best as you navigate pain. It's an approach to transform a journey with pain into a journey of resilience. I'll share with you a story that Nikki recently shared with me. I'll share with you how I use Plan to Be youe Best since the seventh surgery on my left knee has left it in a state of trauma.

I'll also try to weave into it the theme of this month. Balance. As you may know, if you experience any form of pain, whether it's stress, perhaps grieving, or even physical pain, chronic pain, it has a unique and potent way of hijacking our focus, sapping our energy and frustrating our hope. Talk about being thrown off balance. That'll do it every time. But there's something called the three steps of Resilience and we'll go through it. You'll be able to apply it to your life and we'll take a look at the ways it helps to win back that focus, spark new positive energy and hope for moving forward.

In fact, I've created for you a worksheet, a free download. It's a PDF that you can make multiple copies of. It's a fillable PDF so you can work with it on your devices, but bring it with you because you'll be able to apply the three steps of resilience to your life. And speaking of balance, I'll balance two things that I firmly believe in. One is that when we're talking about such topics as pain, we're on hollow ground. There's something quite sacred about something like pain that can affect us right to the core and in so many aspects of our life.

But we'll balance that with having a positive pain discussion and I'll describe more when we're together this evening. Finally, let me encourage you to bring someone or any number of people with you. Having a positive pain discussion can actually create stronger bonds in a relationship. In fact, I've found with my corporate clients and working with individuals and small groups that the people who plan to be their best grow together. Cadre has been generous enough to allow me to share with you this code that you can share with family, friends and colleagues and use Cadre all the benefits of it, all the community, all the videos for free through August 15th.

It's Rick Cram, all uppercase. I look forward to seeing you come as you are and leave stronger because your best is greater than the pain.
