  1. 0:00Being intentional when navigating profound losses is a profound question for me

For me, being intentional is. Especially when I had those hard times in 2019 when I lost my dad to cancer, lost my grandmother an accident. Today is National Listening Day. I think it's beautiful to be with peace of ourselves and being patient with ourselves.

I read your LinkedIn post and there are so many different aspects about how to be intentional when navigating, in your case, profound losses. What does it mean to you to be intentional, especially looking back on all that you've experienced? It's a brilliant question, and the deep one for sure. So for me, being intentional is. Especially when I had those hard times in 2019 when I lost my dad to cancer, lost my grandmother an accident, and going through losing my business as well. It was just really trying to be peace with myself and trying to be patient with myself, because I think that was really important.

And trying to listen to myself, trying to listen to my intuition when it came to decisions in my life and just being present for people in my life and listen to them intentionally, because I think this is one of the key points in our life that we don't. We just don't listen to each other carefully and deeply. And I just got to know from one of my friends and today, actually the National Listening Day, which I didn't know it was the day after Thanksgiving. So it, it's. I think it's beautiful to, to do that, to be with peace of ourselves and being patient with ourselves and listen to ourselves and listen to other people deeply.
