Calm Your Nervous System: Left Nostril Breath

FHFaith Hunter

Feeling anxious, tense, or emotionally overloaded? 🧘🏾‍♀️ Left Nostril Breathing is one of my favorite ways to soften my system and drop back into my body. It soothes stress, calms the mind, and activates the parasympathetic nervous system, your body’s rest-and-digest mode. This gentle technique can help: • Reduce anxiety and emotional tension • Lower stress levels instantly • Soothe your nervous system • Promote deep relaxation before bed • Reconnect you with your breath and body I love doing this before bed when my thoughts are racing or my spirit needs cradling. Just 2–3 minutes. One nostril. One breath at a time. Let yourself melt into peace.
