Letting go is sometimes an ugly cry into the pillow and try not to text. Yeah, darling, I've been there more than once, literally laid out on the floor, face down, trying my best to muffle the sound. I wasn't letting go with grace. I was actually breaking. But those moments that ache in my gut, they always cracked me open. You see, slowly parts of me I forgot how to hold, came back, my joy, my voice, my inner calm. Letting go is in failure. It's actually freedom. It's the moment you stop fighting for what was not fighting for you.

Letting go is sacred, and it is also super messy. But it clears the space where your healing can finally land. So if you're in a moment, that moment of that ugly cry, it's okay, darling. Let the tears fall. Let them fall like truth. And then I want you to rest and be held in your own heart. Stay soft, stay grounded, and always stay spiritually flat.
