So again, we're here at this wonderful food truck that serves food on this philosophy. Annie and Jules, welcome. The philosophy of Showbiz Table is that you can pay as you can.
And that means if you come to this food truck, you can pay zero dollars and get food, or if you want to spend a hundred dollars on one thing of food and make sure that other people get food, then you can do that as well. So here I am here in St. Paul at Christon Capital Pill, and I want to ask you. Oh, good. Sherry, hello. Yes, I am at your home church. Here I am. So, yeah, I'm on the board of Shobi's Table. And here's what I really like about food and making sure that people have food security.
It just like, there's such happiness here. Right. Right now people are learning about this project and this ministry, which this is a church. It technically is a church. That's a cool thing. So I want you to. If you haven't ever heard about Showbiz Table, I want to hear what your reaction is. What is what comes to mind when you find out that. And hello, Jules. What comes to mind to you when you find. When you hear that people can just show up to this food truck and pay $0 and get a full plate of food?
You can get four plates of food. You could get five plates of food. I've seen people show up and just walk away with enough food for their whole family. What comes to mind for you? I speak wonder. Welcome. What comes to mind to you when you hear that you can get free food as a part of a ministry and you can get lovingly prepared meals that are whole foods, that are healthy and that are community focused? Right. Because that's what the whole purpose of this is. Here are a bunch of people. Look how many people are here.
And they are here to find out about this wonderful mission and ministry. And it's something that really keeps me going. Right. How can you help? Well, you can go. So the first Thing. How can you help? org and look at how you can do some electronic giving. Now, the first thing that comes to mind for Speak Wonder is generosity. And we've got community, unconditional love, welcoming and being approachable. So, I mean, I want to just show you a little bit about what. What we have going on here. So many people.
How many meals do you think you serve today? You think you probably served at least 100. At least 100. At least 100 people. Yeah. Can I. Can I just get a shot of this? Yeah, yeah. So here's the food. What. What is this one? This is a lime pickle roll up. So very traditional Minnesotan option. And then this one is a banh mi roll. And so it's got. Oh, it's a banh mi. And then the vegan one had had basil in it. It was a tofu banh mi. Yeah, it was tofu. And this one has a creamy sriracha in it. And so that one had.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think it was like a. An oil pesto situation. Raspberry lemonade. Nice. It is. What about. What about the dessert? These are line bars. Earlier, we had chocolate chip cookies, but we had such a crowd, we had to go hit up the. But you always have extra food. We always have extra food. That's why we make extra. So we're ready for when. More. When the table needs to get bigger. Okay, great. Good. Thank you. All right, so, yeah, that was great. Food connects us all together. Thank you.
