Am I back? Let's hope I'm back. I think we're good. So anyway, again, my name is Pastor Seth Perry. I live well with bipolar disorder and I've been in recovery for 15 years. I just celebrated my 15 year sobriety date on April 12th of 2025. So I got clean in April 12th, 2010. So just thinking back to waking up in a psych ward on on April 12, which was my first day clean, it's over. And now here I am 15 years later and I'm making a list of things for all of you. And Shannon, hi. You can join the list.

This is a list of things that you would like people to do for your mental health when you're having a rough time. And I'm not necessarily having a rough time. I am rolling with the punches in my life. Hello, Jules. Again, everyone can just add something that you would like someone to do for you for your mental health when you're really busy, when life has taken over and. Hi, Shannon. It's good to see you. So there's a lot of stuff that you could be listing that you'd like people to do for you. I've got five things prepared and.

Hello Jules. Hello. So here is my situation right now. I'm a pastor. I am working on a podcast that comes out May 1st of 2025. Six episodes. I'm working on that podcast. That podcast is a six episode docu series podcast about mental health and addiction stigma in churches. com or just Google our stigma. It's produced by a company called Good Faith Media and I'm releasing that. So I'm working on that. I'm in the end stage of that. I'm about to go out there writing for narration and record some stuff on a few of the episodes right now.

And I'm working on that furiously until May 1st. I'm also promoting an event that I'm doing in the Twin Cities, the Mental. It was so flavorful. I don't even know what they did to make it so good. When my wife tried it, she was like, wow, this is like some of the most flavorful minestrone. And it was that kind of soup. I had a huge bowl, you know, like those kind of bowls that you get at a faux restaurant. I had one of those bowls full of minestrone.
