Hello, my name is Danielle Jokonen and I am a yoga teacher and trainer of trainers. I am the creator of Yaga Yoga and a shaman and spiritual coach. Today I'm here to talk about how to consistently continue to better yourself. What a phrase, right? Though, big statement and it's a beautiful thing to just even invite in right now. How to consistently continue to better yourself. And I like to say it is a continued journey. It's not a check off the list, check off the box, I'm done, I did it. I know that because I've been consistently in a student mode.

I'm always learning, I love to learn and I feel that helps me be a teacher, a teacher of teachers, a teacher of leaders, a creator of leaders and a leader of leaders. It starts with consistently being a student, being an open mind and being an open vessel to learn. and to uncover and kind of rediscover who you are at your core and continue to better yourself. And almost setting up my day every day with how can I continue to lead, be of service and better myself in the world today. Be in the question, be in the quest, like it's called question, quest I on consistently to better yourself, to be that example, to live with intention, Just be in the inquiry of it day-to-day.

You can be in the question and then the how to do that, right? Find practices and tools that help you align to that. Biggest one I would say, my friends, is aligning your energy and how to do that, your frequency, your calibration of your being, like your essence. Practices and tools that help that, yoga, water, nature, high frequency music. surrounding yourself in like-minded people of yourself, being in gratitude, writing down a gratitude practice every day, like three things you're grateful for in the morning and three things you're grateful for at night, like gratitude of attitude raises your frequency and helps you manifest things you want to manifest into the world.

So being just in that question of how to consistently want to better yourself and how to do that, right? Movement, intention setting, water, healthy foods, fresh living foods, vegetables, fruits, being around like-minded people and declaring that I am consistently bettering myself day-to-day, moment by moment. Right? Your words create your world. That's why it's called spelling. Like we put spells out there. So how to consistently better yourself. Find tools and practices and create habits to help you be in that frequency, that energy, that high frequency that you wanna create.

Be around like-minded people and stay consistent with it. It's not just check I'm done. It's consistently doing that and supporting others as well along your journey, helping others. Like once you give back, you get back tenfold, but again, it's not the intention to to get something by giving, you just give with an open heart. You give with non-expectation on what's gonna come back just by your pure heart to give. So to consistently better yourself is to be on the journey consistently to better yourself, find tools and practices that help you stay in that frequency and be of service, give back and being in that space to want to live a legacy.

from that space. Beautiful. Questions, feedback, let me know. Again, my name is Danielle and have a blessed rest of your day.
