This week's episode focuses on the idea of just being. Instead of prioritizing the things that you have to do, prioritize the ones that make you a good human. Here is a to be list for each day of the week.

Hello, Cadre Sphere Anila here. And I took a break last week because of the holiday that we had family coming into town visiting. And tonight. Good evening. Good night to speak wonder. Good to see you there. Hope you are having fun. A fun evening. Hi, Jules. So it is Wednesday, 9pm I'm in bed. I told my husband today. I just. I got home after dropping the. After taking the kids to taekwondo at 7:15. I was like, I just want to get in bed. I just. I'm tired. I just want to rest and relax. And frankly, I'm actually trying to plan next year already.

Good evening. Good evening, Jules. But today, while I was working, I listened to, and I might mispronounce their name, Poab Vu. And they were talking about boundaries. And one of the things they were talking a lot about was this idea of just being. And it's kind of what I decided at the end of. Kind of liked how Thanksgiving ended right at November 30th and Sunday was December 1st. Like the. It was such a nice way to tie up November. And it gave me this opportunity to now look at, you know, coming into November 1st.

Now we're November 4th. Or I don't even know what today's date is. But thinking about these last 30 days of 2024 and what poab was saying around boundaries and around just being really resonated with me and was something that I've been thinking about for the last few days of November. That this idea, this trend that toward the end of the. The year, you know, I feel like for the whole year we've been talking about all the things we're gonna do, and then, boom, there's one month left, and we're like, there's this mad rush to accomplish and to get all these things done.

I don't know if you feel like that too. And so, yeah, like, I have a ton of stuff that I need to get done for work or just personal projects and stuff. But I'm kind of decided to flip the script and focus on my to be list first and to prioritize that when I schedule things and then fill in what's left over with the things that need to get done. So here is my to be list. Let me see if I can pull up. I made a to be list yesterday when I was supposed to be working. Let me pull it up. And so it is. I drew it up.

I have so many papers making a mess here. I drew it up. I'm gonna. Hopefully this will work. And it's got every day of the week it's got three gratitudes. The water that I want to drink, track, wake up at 6am, pray, write, exercise, play with my kids, read, do a social post and sleep by 9:15. And then that's Monday through Friday. And then at the bottom, here is the things that I need to do every week. So three gyms, three salads, three showers, and I'm allowing myself one bowl of pasta because I'm trying and working with a fitness trainer and the new fad is very low carb diets.

But I love me my pasta. So I just want to make sure that I, you know, allow myself that little joy that I get from having pasta and red sauce. So that's what I wanted to share with you today is how might you lead with love, choose yourself and flip that script on your 24 hours in the day that you get. And rather than prioritizing the things that you have to do, prioritize the things that make you a good human and capable and able to do all those other things. And with that, and with nine minutes to go before I am supposed to be asleep, I will leave you and wish you a good night and I'll see you next week.

Bye.
