There is a moment, after things have ended & before things begin, within in this moment, this thin space… we gather to see what there is to be found.
Cadre JC Lippold goes live at 08:00 a. m. Central standard time for thin space here on self care Sunday. He's in Charlotte this weekend for a mental health recalibrate summit. And of course, it's spring forward, so we're losing an hour of sleep today.
Well, good morning, Cadre JC Lippold here from the checkpoint line at Charlotte airport. m. Central standard time for thin space here on self care Sunday. But I've been in Charlotte this weekend for wellness mental health recalibrate summit with doctor Charryse and doctor Leslie and Luke and Rachel and Shannon and Anna and a bunch of people that didn't know each other yet, who now know each other a little bit better. And I'm on my way back to Minneapolis, so you're getting to join me in the security waiting line on a nice early Sunday morning.
And of course, it's spring forward, so we're losing an hour of sleep today. Time. The thin space is that space in between the things that have happened and the things that haven't happened yet. Almost as if you're waiting in line at a security checkpoint, you go, gosh, the trip is done, but I'm not home yet. In this space, in this time, there is an opportunity, an opportunity to think and feel and be exactly where you are. Because like this line, you don't have a choice.
