  1. 0:00Nick the poet wishes everyone a happy thanksgiving

Nick the poet: Happy thanksgiving to you. I hope no matter what you're doing, you're practicing gratitude or just practicing the best way that you know how. Thanks for taking a walk with me.

  2. 0:39Joe Pajoy shares some thoughts for you on Thanksgiving

So I have a poem for you today. Just read a poem and go through some different thoughts for the day. Another thing that Fuzzaro talks about is the power of words. The here and new instead of the here and now. Have an awesome day.

Hi, folks. How you doing? Nick the poet here. Happy thanksgiving to you. Happy thanksgiving to you. I hope you have an amazing day. I hope no matter what you're doing, you're okay and you're practicing gratitude or just practicing the best way that you know how. And. Yeah, yeah. So thank you for joining me today. Thanks for taking a walk with me. Maybe you want to take a walk around the block. Maybe you want to take, you know, a walk around the kitchen. Maybe you just want to sit right where you are, but maybe you want to move a little bit, because I always feel better when I move on the holidays.

So I have a poem for you today. It goes like this. A rudimentary understanding of the facts of life can lessen any strife. There are no certainties and no guarantees. The ties that bind us all together are invisible yet real. One iota of understanding can lead to a breakthrough that travels a million miles per hour. We all have a song to sing, a dream to fulfill. The work is in the details. The work is in the moment. The work is now. The work is new. The best defense is a good offense. There is safety and boldness.

There is wisdom in surrender. There is hope in guidance. There is joy in you and everywhere you look. So just have a few other thoughts and ideas that you can take with you into the day. My friend Fuzzaro writes in his book about this concept of I wonder what wonderful thing is going to come of this? So when we're faced with a seeming obstacle, instead of getting frustrated, we could ask ourselves the question, I wonder what wonderful thing is going to come of this. The turkey is burnt in the oven, the car breaks down.

You know, your knee is hurting. I wonder what wonderful thing is going to come of this. Hey, speak wonder. Thanks for joining. Just read a poem and go through some different thoughts for the day. So another thing that Foozaro talks about is, good morning, Joe Pajoy. Thanks for joining. So another thing that Fuzzaro talks about is the power of words. And he likes to trade new for now and so new for now. And I thought this was a really interesting concept. And so these little shifts in words can really change our mindset.

So give it a try. The here and new instead of the here and now. Because really, every moment is new. And I don't think that way most of the time. You know, we're bogged down in our daily routines. But if we can think of that new for now, then I think it's really, really can be effective. So a few other thoughts. No need to hurry or worry. No need to hurry or worry. Let go of your perfectionism and become one with the loving ways of the universe. And when you're feeling that awful fright in the night, it's time to reevaluate your moors and find a higher ground.

Keep on walking, brave soldiers of the night. Your dream shall loft into flight as you become one with the light. Yes, procrastinate, worry and just say thank you for everything, even the seeming obstacles. What wonderful thing is gonna come of this? Thank you so much for joining this live stream today. Wishing you a happy thanksgiving. Wishing you a lot of peace, positivity and prosperity, while remembering that we all have a lot of work to do, but we're going to do it together. Have an awesome day.

Thanks for joining.
