    The three Fs that can derail your DEI strategies can be derailed and can go awry. Many of us are fearful of what we might find out. Be cognizant of that and not let it derail your efforts.

Hello Cadre community. Where the wind is gusting, you can hear it leave. Lovely. And yet what I call the three Fs that can derail your DEI strategies or plan DEI strategies can be derailed and can go awry. They give a really good foundation for some of the other reasons as to why fear. Many of us are fearful of what we might find out, what we might learn efforts, and what I mean by fear discovered or what might be brought missed. It may be because turns existed, or gaps in our culture, learning or maladies because and some may be taken as a personal attack leadership.

And so fear. Be cognizant of that and not let.
