Cadre fam what's up. What's up? Good afternoon. What's going down today. That row coming live from the road, just. Outside of grand forks. Forks, um, headed south. Long stretch, as you can see nothing, but, uh, open roads and clear blue skies. Uh, what's up. Walk, walk for a minute with me. You guys wanna take a stroll with me for. A minute. So we're walking, coming up on about 20. 20 miles right now. Uh, Jason Lennox is up ahead and there's a guy by the name of. Luke back there that you guys might know as well.

We're doing the things right. I just wanted to jump on here and share some, uh, thoughts that I've been having while walking. I shared the other day, how. A lot of the space and time on the road, you get a lot of time to think process on. Uninterrupted and it's, it's honestly wonderful. Right? One of the reasons I like going hiking. And I get a lot of those same feelings and spaces here on the road. What I was thinking about today, right? Is I've had to learn in my life. I don't know about you guys.

I've had to learn how to say no. I've had to train myself. And be intentional about saying no to things. Understanding that no is a complete sentence. And I don't have to explain after that. Right. So I would tell people no, all the time, first I'd ease into it. And I had to teach myself like, no. I won't let your urgency become my emergency, right. No, I'm not gonna go to the bars with you. No, I'm not gonna go to the club with you. You know, I'm just saying no to all these things, choosing myself first.

Right. And it became. Uh, it was hard. Right. But I got so good at saying no. That I forgot how good it feels to say yes sometimes, right? Saying yes. In the. Right situations to the right people for the right things. Right. When people ask me things like I'll tell. You? Yes, I would go to church with you. I'll bring you to church. Yes. I'll meet you with the church. Yes, I would help hold you accountable. When you trip and stumble and you're trying, I will be here for you. Yes, I will be your support system.

Yes. To all these positive things. I got so used to saying no that I told everyone no to all these things. So I had to teach myself to intentionally. Say yes. And what it looks like to proudly say yes at the right spaces and places. That's gonna protect me, but I'm willing to go out on a limb for others. If they mean something to me and they're doing things that are hard or challenging, they're trying. And I say yes to those spaces. So, uh, just wanted to come on here and share my thoughts today.

So my question, cuz I love asking questions. Questions in your life right now. What are you having a hard time saying no to. And what are some places and spaces and people. That you should be saying yes to, or that you could say yes to. It right. Someone always told me, let your yeses be a yes. And let your nos be a no. And I took it for face value. But had to doula digging deeper. And, uh, yeah. Learned how to say no, too good. And now. I'm trying my hardest to say yes to people in the right times and places.

That's all I got for you. I think I can hear, uh, yeah, he's down, back there. All right. Well, anyways, y'all have a good day. Just wanted to take a quick minute. And take a stronger piece.
