Cadre cadre fam. Good morning. Good morning. Morning. It is Tuesday, August 4th, 9:30 AM. Today, what do I got on the soundtrack today? We're listening to some Fred again, Fred again, house music. Absolutely love 'em. I love the melodramatic. House music tech house with a female vocals. Vocals does it for me. Good morning. So, if you don't know me, my name is Rolando. Rolando coach RO rose six, 12, social media, all the things. And thank you for sharing the space with me today. I like to start the day, Alex, you haven't been here and it's your first time here.

I like to start the day out with a little check-in. One through 10, where are you at in the day? Are you at a 10 being best day ever? Life couldn't get any better. Or you had a one where it's like, you know what? I need some support. Today and I need some help. Wherever you're at on that spectrum. Is okay. We're just getting started. So identify where you're at. Um, I currently I'm at about. A seven and a half. I'm running outta empty stomach. Been up since 4:00 AM. As soon as I get some food in me.

I'm gonna have an egg sandwich. We'll probably be at like an eight and a half eight for sure. Um, that's what it's gonna take for me to get to that next number. So I ask you the same, identify that number. Uh, that you're at and what will it take to get you to that next number? Drop it in the chat. If you feel comfortable in the comments, I would love to see, I love seeing them. All right. So big things going on in my world. And I like to share. Things that are going on in my world. I R L right, let me turn this screen off.

So I don't I'm. Stuff's flashing and going off and lights, squirrel. Um, I like to share things about my life. I've shared quite a bit, quite a bit. About my life, about what happened five years ago, what happened three years ago? A year ago? How. I overcame things. And like, I made a decision. I'm like, you know what? I like to share things. In real life. I R L. Right as they're happening. So recently I put in. My two weeks for the job that I was at yesterday. Right. Um, some great opportunities came up and I'll, you guys will be following along.

I. I'll share more about what those looks like, what that looks like. Put in those two weeks, um, yesterday, but it was a battle for me to get to that point. Right. I had this comfortable job comfortable, you know, paycheck, 401k, all. These things and it was comfortable. Right. And for me, um, I'm not, I don't operate best in comfort. Right. So what, what was interesting? So a big life change, right? Ditching this job. Creating the new normal, it's a big shift in life for me. Right. Uh, if you've been with me for a while, you've heard a lot of the stuff I've been through jail prisons over.

Overdose, all these things, fitness, races, all, all the things, right. Um, consider myself an overcomer or came a lot of stuff, challenging things that. Were hard to get over. Right. And some people might think like, oh, just another thing to do. It's not always the case. Right? When it came to putting in my two week notice, I like to stress. I like to share the space, right. Because it's real. I like to think that I'm tough, strong, resilient, all those things. Right. But because I'm strong, I'm resilient.

I'm tough. I've been through some stuff. All these. Things can be true, but you know what else can be true simultaneously? I could still have anxiety. I could still have voices in my head that. Are, you know, screaming from a place from a small place of insecurity, deep down. In there that I might not even know. Is there. It's there, but when push comes to shove and a situation presents itself, and I go into either panic mode or hyper analyzation mode. That little, that little, that little space of insecurity, all of a sudden has a really big.

Voice in present time in my life. And I don't know about you. But have you ever had that small space of insecurity or. Confidence or doubt. Or fear, or it could be a number of things. Right. But all of a sudden that voice gets mag. Magnified. And it's like on the forefront with a blow horn, like don't do it. (laugh) you know what I mean? And, and that's all you hear. Right. And what I notice if I don't stop and process those moments. That voice will stay loud. It'll stay loud. It'll control my life.

And for a long time, it did control my life. It kept me in a place of fear. It kept me in a place of not moving forward. It kept me. In a place of comfort. And for me, I don't know about you, if you can relate, but for me, comfort is a death sentence for my growth. Every time. That's how I am. I need to be uncomfortable to be growing. If I'm comfortable. For me, that's just not a space that I like to be in. Right. There's a good, comfortable, and then there's a. Bad comfortable for me. There's a comfort, you know, taking time to relax, meditate.

Comfortable spaces, but when it comes to my personal growth, it's a journey. It's like hiking a mountain. And yeah, you might get tired for a minute, but like you're halfway up the mountain. We can't stop. We have to keep going. Stop. For a break, keep going. Right. So I need to check myself. Right. And let those voices know. It's like, yeah. I hear you. I understand. Where you're coming from, whether it's a place of all the things that I've listed, right. And I have to check them voices. Okay. I hear you.

I get where you're coming from. But we still got work to do. We still have a goal? We still have a direction we need to move in. Yeah, you might be tired. You might. Yeah. Last, you know, a year ago, you might have made a mistake five years ago, 10 years ago. And it's Remi that voice is remind. Reminded me of that situation, but we're not that person then we've overcame that we've learned. We've got a lot of life and we're still going. So I have to let them voices know in my head that. Like we are gonna keep going.

We have to keep going. And that's such a good feeling when I come to that spot. And I take power and authority. Over those voices in my head. And when I say voices, you know, the subconscious, you know, all the things that rise up when we're panicking. Right. And when I take authority of that and let and say to myself, like self. I don't really call myself self, but you know, you get the vibes. Vibes. I tell myself like, you know what. I hear you understand you, but we're gonna keep going. I'm in control.

I'm gonna move my body. In the direction where I know is right. Even if I do it scared, even if I do it fearful even. If I do it with doubt. We're gonna do it, gotta do it right. Especially when you're moving in a direction. You have good. Support system, good community. You've journaled. You've done all the things you've prayed. You've meditated. And checking all the boxes. Then I have to stop negotiating with myself. Because those voices are really good negotiators and they will convince me that.

Wait till next year. Wait till next month. Or wait till Monday the start of a new week. Right? All these things. There's tons of 'em that come up. They're great. Negotiators. But negotiation can be good. At certain times, but there's a time where it keeps us stuck. Right. So what I had to do is tell myself when this specific. Thought comes into my mind. That's when I know it's time to move. When I tell myself, wait till next month, wait till next year. And I don't have valid. Reason outside of the way I feel.

For me, it's time to move. It's time to move. So I put action. Um, in front of my anxiousness and my worry, and it literally, as soon as I take that first step, it's like those voices are calm. And I realize it's like, Ooh, we were tripping there for a minute. We were really going through it for a minute, but. Our brain goes into panic mode sometimes. Right. And I consider myself to be a strong individual. All of these things, but I would be lying if I said I didn't go through these things. We all do.

I don't care if you're the president heavyweight boxing champ of the world. Like we all have those internal dialogue conversations that. Can keep us stuck sometimes. And we're for aware about if we're aware of it and we talk about it and we acknowledge it. We can do something about it. And I share things with people to keep going. So that's what I was dealing with. Um, those internal, that internal conversation, those voices I put action first. And the voices went away. Now, now the logical me, it came out.

It's like, oh, I feel good. I feel great. This is right on track. Where we're going. And it's like, I got this power up. Right. Um, and it's interesting how that happens. So that happened yesterday, something I went through. Right. So I dropped a video on it. So if you wanna go check, go check my page. It's there. Um, that's real that's real life. Something that I really went through and I'm never one to be. Ashamed or embarrassed of things that are going on when it comes to mental health. Right because we all feel we all hurt.

We all experience joy, happiness, sadness. Oh, it's a part of the human experience. Some aren't as pleasant as the other. But it's part of the human experience and I'm all in on this ride. So with all that being said, I ask you. Right here. And right now, August 4th, Tuesday. 9 39. What in your life are you negotiating? Him with yourself? Is it. A relationship getting in one, getting out of one. Is it a job? Taking a new one giving up on one. Is it starting a new fitness journey? Is it open getting into the gym?

Is it opening up about your feeling? Feelings is it you fill in the blank. What are you negotiating with yourself? Part two. What, what one small action step. Look like for you in the direction of what you're negotiating. One step in the direction you want to go. Drop in the comments. Let me know something to think about something that you want. My name is Rolando cultural rose six 12. That's what I got for you today. See you guys next week.
