Hey, good morning, cadre. How are we doing on this? Um, Tuesday? I hope you're doing good. Um, but if you're not, here's your daily reminder that you're still. Um, pretty great. Even if you're not good. You're still capable of doing a lot of really great stuff. You probably will today. Day. Um, there's not a daily affirmation. Um, it's truth. We, uh, don't have to feel good and great, and be 100% in order to. Impact the world in really powerful ways. Um, I'm glad I'm here. I'm glad you are here.
I know the things I know, and I care about you. And Jeffrey agrees. Agrees. Yep. Um, this is Jefferson. And Jefferson this morning. Um, uh, snipped at um, Alex now my partner snipped at him. Hey Luke. Hey, junk food junkie. Nice to see you guys. Um, he snipped at him right in the face. Jefferson's never done that before. Um, but Jefferson went and did some. Dog, uh, therapeutics time with my parents this weekend. Um, I was gone for a little bit. He didn't get to see me and I'm kind of his person.
Um, so it makes sense that he's kind of in this space of. Of fighty, flighty, cortisol. Luck. Here's the deal. If you hear the phrase cortisol lock, um, it it's a. It's a wellness term, not a medical term, right. So we never actually go into cortisol Locke. Locke, um, um, where all of a sudden the body's holding onto this. Which in people will say it'll lead to like lower metabolism and, you know, excess. Holding onto stuff like it, that. The idea makes, makes a, a great conversation though. Right.
So at the end of the day, there will be times. And I live a lot of my life in that space. Um, where I go, huh? I'm kind of locked. Into that moment. And I have to acknowledge that. All right. Uh, Jefferson didn't get in trouble when he snipped this morning. Uh, he got acknowledged. Acknowledged. And he was given space by himself and by us and by his brother. And. His sister to do what he needs to do. And you can see right now. Jefferson is probably exactly where he wants to be. So my invitation for you today is if you go into that cor.
Cortisol like space. Sorry, Jeff. Where do you need to be to maybe go. (affirmative) and for the world's sake, go to that place. Sometimes when you bite somebody. You get in trouble and then you have to deal with all that. So find the space you need to be in today. To go, huh? All right, Jeffrey. Yeah. All right, everybody have a good day. We will see you. Tomorrow. Okay. Jeffrey hit the button right here.
