This core message contrasts the temptation to demand simplicity with the reality of complexity, and invites viewers to choose small, strategic actions done consistently. JC argues these steady efforts build capacity and create meaningful change over time.

Calling on the hotline for your love, for your love. Hey, hotline, hotline. Calling on the hotline for your love. There's the pause button. Happy Friday, everybody. How are ya? Hotline, hotline. Calling on the hotline for your love, for your love. The Silvers, 1974. That's one of those songs that's wedged in my head from my childhood. Stupid little song that makes you smile. It's important to have those, isn't it? My name is JC. If we've never shared time and space together before, thank you for the opportunity to spend some time with you right now.

It truly is a gift to spend time with you. I really hope you're doing good, but if you're not, here's your reminder that That's okay. You are still incredibly capable, still incredibly worthy, and you're probably still going to accomplish some pretty remarkable things today, soon, like coming up. It's going to happen. And I'm glad I'm here. I'm glad you're here. I know the things I know and I care about you. I say that every single day. There is no script, but that's what comes to mind every time I get to look at my face here and sometimes John Candy standing on my shoulder and Those are the things that come to mind.

Gratitude for the opportunity to be with people out there, like you, to remind each other that there's lots of ways to do this life. There's lots of ways to be well. There's lots of ways to navigate, to change, to impact in positive, influential, nursing ways. And to share the reminder that you are doing it. We are not influencers. We are not experts. We are contributors. We are saying, just like you, here's what we see. And here's what may be beneficial for someone else to know. That's the complexity of our shared journey, right?

We all are living our own lives. So how in the heck could we ever potentially help someone else out when we don't get their pathway? Because we're knee deep in our own. It's complex. And yet, we are incredibly capable of navigating the complexity. You can either go into the space like, it's so complex and shout and yell and get frustrated. here's why and here's what and here's what and here's what. Or you can go, here's a little thing that I can do and I can do it often. Not little meaning easy, not little meaning simple, but little meaning one action, one action, one action, done with great strategy and deliberateness consistently, all of a sudden you start to see that something begins to change, to improve, to grow.

Something that wasn't there before is there now. That's my invitation for you today to acknowledge that things are complex and to not point fingers. It's like, oh, they should be simple, but they're complex. No, they shouldn't be simple because they're not. It would be So incredibly irrational to think that things are simple. If anyone's trying to sell you a simple, smile, say thank you, and run. But even in the complexity, you can find your capacity to do little things often and watch how it changes the world.

Y'all have a great Friday. I'll see you tomorrow from the top. Hotline, hotline, calling on the hotline for your love, for your love. Hotline, hotline, calling on the hotline. Bye.
