Hello everyone, my name is Danielle. This is a meditation on presence. So get cozy. You can either sit in a chair on the floor, maybe propped up on a pillow or even knee back against a wall. Get comfortable if you know, so like lay down. The goal is to have your back and spine straight so you can really breathe up and down the length of your spine. So get comfortable and you can close your eyes down. If that's comfortable for you or just gaze at a point, nose, your breath in the nose and out the nose.

In and breath out. Really start bringing awareness to your feet. Start with the right foot, the toes, the heel of your right foot. Bring awareness to your right calf, your right knee and the cap. Remember that awareness up your right leg, thigh, hip to the right side of your torso. Notice your right shoulder, right elbow, wrist, right hand and fingers, fingertips. In the center of your palm, notice if your hand is closed or rigid or open, relaxed, warm or cold, let's just experience your right hand.

Remembering that awareness back up your arm, the right side of your neck, your right cheek, eye, right ear, right eyebrow and crowning your head. Bring presence to the right side of your body. Maybe even just experience a notice. Now the right side of your body. Bring awareness to the left side of your body. Starting with the left heel, sole of your foot, toes, ankle, left calf. Bring awareness to your left knee, knee, cap, upper thigh and hip. Bring awareness up your left side of your torso. To your left shoulder, left, upper arm, elbow, hand and wrist, fingertips.

Center of your palm. Notice your left hand. Is it rigid or tight? Open, relaxed, experience the energy, quality in your left hand. Bring awareness back up your left arm, the left side of your neck, left cheek, chin, ear and left eyebrow, crown of your head. Experience the left side of your body . Notice what's there, what's not. Really just experience. Get present to the left side of your body. Now bring awareness to the point, the area where you're right side of your left side of your body. Connect your spine, right, from your tailbone to the crown of your head.

Bring breath from tailbone all the way through the crown of your head. Inhale and exhale at that breath flow from crown of your head all the way back down to your tailbone. Notice how you can connect the right and left side of your body. What's at your center? Your center line, your spine, your heartbeat, power of your breath and anything else. Notice an experience, getting present to connecting the right and left side of your body. Joining masculine and feminine energy, action and non-action, giving and receiving.

Notice if you lean forward or back, find your center or more to the left or to the right, find your center and let that breath flow up and down the center of your body. Present to the here and now. You start to bring your hands to heart center, congely mudra. This mudra of the heart really again, connecting your right hand to your left hand, left hand and the right hand. Really experience the power of getting present, tapping into peace and ultimately landing in your power, in the now. Look at the chin as we say Namaste.

Good work. Again, my name is Danielle. There's meditation on presence. Questions, comments, feedback please let me know and have a great rest of your day.
