  1. 0:24Who am I? That's one of the biggest questions in life

Rachel: Who am I? That's one of the biggest questions. Bri: Like sharing love with your community, your friends, your family, like feeling open and being a part of things that are bigger than you in your community. It's totally okay and acceptable to label ourselves in a community.

  2. 7:26Caden says there's so much good happening in the world right now

There's so much bad things happening in our world, but there's also so much good that is happening in this world that doesn't get talked about enough. And so I hope you can just have some inquiry about where you're at, who you are. Spend time to fill ourselves up.

  3. 10:43I hope everybody is taking good care of themselves this weekend

And so I will leave you with who are you and what do you want out of this life. What are your gifts in this life? Like you matter. Every day is not going to be perfect. I hope everybody is taking good care of themselves and recharging.

There we go. Audio. Now we're cooking. Yeah, wanted to hop on here. My name is Bri. I am a wellness coach, yogi, personal trainer, and all things. All things health and wellness. And today I wanted to touch bait. Hey, Rachel. Today I wanted to tap into a topic that I've been seeing a lot lately and that I've been personally struggled through and have really reflected and, and worked on in, in the past few years. And that is this sense of who am I? Right? Like, there's, I don't know, billions of people on this planet, right?

There's a ton of different kinds of humans from all different cultures, different genders, different religions, different, I mean, you name it. We've got this vast display of different kind of humans and hey, speak, wonder. And sometimes I, you know, we randomly get selected to be born in a particular place on. On Earth and we adopt those. Those ways of being the culture, the. The societal norm. Yes, hello, we're talking humans today. I love it. Because who am I? That's like, one of the biggest questions.

And, you know, as we get older, we pick stuff up from our parents, from our friends, from our community. And by the time, you know, we're in our teens or whatever, everyone's like, who am I? And. Or even when you're an adult and the first thing you say is, I do this. A lot of people say that they are whatever their career is, or whatever their job title is, or whatever their family role is. I'm a mother, I am a husband, I am a grandmother, whatever it is. And this is all true. And who are we underneath those things to each is their own of what they think it's about.

But I certainly think it's like sharing love with your community, your friends, your family, like feeling open and being a part of things that are bigger than you in your community and your life and your spiritual life. And I was able to answer the who am I? Question. Like, I can't. After reading this poem, I thought about it for a while, and now when somebody asks me, like, who. Who are you? Which nobody asks that, but for. For experimental sake, I just say, I'm a human being trying the best that I can to.

To be as kind and open and compassionate to my other fellow human beings while I learn and try to grow in this life. And it feel, even just saying that is like opening. I'm not as, like, closed off and it's less like me, I, me, mine. It's more, I'm a human with everyone else. And we're all trying to Like Ram Daft says, just walk each other home. And so I, So I see a lot of people are coming in and coming out. I'm sure the video connectivity is probably not great. So I do apologize about that. But I will post the poem after this so that.

Because I know a lot of people jumped in and jumped out, but yeah. So who are you? That is a really good question because Cadre has really built this beautiful community. And we, we. It's. It's totally okay and acceptable to label ourselves in a community, to label ourselves as a, as a caretaker or role maker, whatever it is. Like that is part of being human too. It's just. Can we go a layer deeper? Is. Is what I'm trying to get at. And when we are functioning from this deep layer of openness and expansiveness because there's billions of people in the world and our little tiny opinions aren't gonna make or break much.

I personally, you know, I have found that I act better, I'm clearer, I'm, I'm less in this like mental activity reactive state state because of what I want to happen or whatever. And it's helped my relationships, it's helped me in business partnerships, it's helped me grow in my development and being safe in my body as a woman. It really has. I, I kid you not. And this vastness that we are a part of that we never get to see because social media are, you know, we, we're constantly going, going, going.

But that's where this. Hi, Emily. But that's where this exhale can happen. Of gosh, it's not just about me, is it? No, it's about all of us in this together helping one another to have a better life experience together, to accept people as they are and to grow in our souls and in our brains and in our bodies in this level of safety. And so I just want to leave that food for thought for you. That's really all I wanted to talk about today was that the 10 rules of being human. I love reading that every once in a while.

Just brings me back to, to. There's so much more that we can help out with when we're functioning in this clear, expansive state over this. I mean, mine I want. That isn't right. I'm. What? You know, that, that ego icky stuff that pops up sometimes. We all have it. It's all good. We just want to, you know, witness it, take a deep breath, let it go and know that like, okay, there's so much more to life and the world than what's going on in my head and I'm not right about everything. And I have a little baby perspective from all the experiences that are happening currently, right now, in this moment.

And I can come back to this open heart being a human of figuring out who I am while helping others navigate their path. Because everyone's path is so different and we may not like the path that people are on or choose or leave us for. That's, you know, that's part of this 10 rules of being human, right? That it's a lesson we have to learn and the learning never ends and others are mirrors. And so I hope you can just have some inquiry about where you're at, who you are. Like what do you, how do you want to feel?

Like there's so much bad things happening in our world, but there's also so much good that is happening in this world that doesn't get talked about enough. And if we can show up to these bad parts or bad things like, you know, I'm in Minneapolis and there's. We've had a lot, it's been heavy, it's a lot, it's not good. But. And, and we can still fill our. Spend time to fill ourselves up and, and continue our self care practices to show up the best we can for others that may need us, for ourselves when we're worn down, for our family, for our friends and for our community.

And that's why I love Cadre so much, is because everyone, everyone has just stepped up the past couple weeks and it's, it's just been amazing to see. And so I will leave you with who are you and what do you want out of this life? What are you here? What are your gifts in this life? Like you matter. You are amazing. Every day is not going to be perfect or the way you want it to be. But go back to your heart space. Go back to just feeling into this body, this beautiful temple you have that you were gifted and given and meant to take care of and express.

Right? So that's what I'll, that's what I'll leave you with today. Who am I? I, I know you'll, you'll know the answer and just take some deep breaths to breathe into it and think and reflect and feel your heart open as you kind of just let go of these labels and let go of who you think you should be and these roles you play. And just like I am, I'm. I am in my body right now. I am one of two of the most powerful words you can say. So be well, I am going to be on vacation next week, so I won't see you next week, but I will post from Mexico and share some some sunshine and hopefully something delightful.

You're awake after. I know I need to recharge and I hope everybody is taking good care of themselves and recharging as they need to and, and doing what they need to to get, get through whatever life is throwing at you right now. So be. What? Thank you. Yes, I'm very excited. I haven't. Yeah, it's very fun. So be well. Drink a lot of water. I'm sending you so much love and I appreciate you for who you are and how you show up in this world and you will meet again. So enjoy your weekend, everyone. It's been a pleasure.

And I'll share the poem in the comments.
