Rosie Nest is a co founder of an organization called Rebloom Health. Her focus going into 2026 is going to shift a little bit. She wants to create space for rest in your everyday world and life.

Hey, Padre. I'm in a new space today, so I'm still finding the best setup. But I hope you all are having a wonderful day. Okay, that wasn't the best setup. This will be though. Here we go. This is better. It's been a while. Life has been happening and has been fast and furious. But I am excited to be here with you all today for a moment of rest and reinvention. My name is Rosie Nest and I talk about a lot of things. I've talked a lot more about life loss and layoffs recently, but my focus going into 2026 is going to shift a little bit.

I, as you may know, am a co founder of an organization called Rebloom Health. We support those navigating infertility, pregnancy loss and adoption journeys all within the women's health space. And when I took assessment of my year of 2025, I realized that the spaces where I was getting the most energy and really felt like I was living in my purpose the most was when I was working on initiative. I have rest windows on my calendar. It doesn't happen. You forget to do it and then you're burnt out and then you're exhausted and you won't under why?

And if you look across your calendar, maybe over the last week or a few weeks span, was there any space for rest in there? I think that rest for me has been a really crucial to crucial tool to also acknowledge that when I'm resting and creating space for rest and creating space for my my mind and myself to heal, it also creates for me to dream and to reinvent and to think about really how I want to align my purpose and my everyday with things that give me energy and align them with my personal goals.

So I'm tweaking this space a little bit, but I hope that you will continue to stay involved and engaged with me on this journey to really reinvent and create space for rest in your everyday world and life and moment at a time. Okay, everyone, that's it for me today. I hope you have a wonderful day and I'll talk to you soon. Cadres. Bye, Sam.
