And welcome, welcome Cadre sphere to another Sunday spark session. I'm your host, Alex, mirror of my brand mindset and helping you flex your mind, body and soul. In today's live, we're talking about year end gratitude for 2025 and looking into 2026. So I didn't have any so many live ideas yet prepared for the next little while because I was. Me and my wife were in Japan for a couple weeks, which is amazing. Junk food junkie, good to see you back. Thanks for tuning to the live and and then I got busy with some other stuff so I'm glad to be back and making the weekly lives super important.
Hey, Jen. Hey Chris, welcome, welcome, Jen, welcome. Thanks for tuning to the live. Thinking about a lot about 2025. It is a year of growth. It was a good evening. Good evening, junk food junkie. It was a year of growth, year of challenges, year of hardships that me and my wife had to face, our families had to face. Navigating my father in law's cancer diagnosis a couple years back and it's already been two years since his diagnosis and navigating that's been really challenging. And then work for me has been pretty challenging because I'm trying to, not because I'm navigating what my true passion is.
So, you know, we can see your light ring in your glass. Oh, God. Yeah, I'll take off the glasses. Sorry. Yeah, I'll take off the glasses. Thanks for the reminder. So, yeah, there's been a lot of contemplation, reflection on 2025. Things I want to improve, things I've enjoyed. But all in all got to be grateful for, for everything that's happened this year for 25. So let's start and keep it simple. Three things I'm grateful for for 2025. And you should and definitely recommend you guys do the same.
Cadre fam for things you're grateful for and things you're looking forward to in 2026. So I'll start, I'm grateful for my, for my amazing, beautiful wife who is the most amazing person. She's my best friend, she's my soulmate. She makes me want to be better and grow every single day. So I'll start with my wife, number two. I'll start, I'll say how grateful I am for always sticking to my gut on what I want to do and where I want to go and who I want to become. Then number three. Number two, what I was grateful for.
Number three, I would have to say grateful for my amazing family and friends, they're very, very supportive. They've always got my back. They're always looking out for me and my best interests. And I really appreciate it. So there's my three things. My amazing, beautiful wife, always sticking with my gut, you know, always lead with my heart, wear my heart on my sleeve. And it's never steered me wrong. It might create challenges, but we all go through challenges and I've learned how to navigate those and how to be me.
And a lot of people have a hard time with that, learning how to be just themselves. They sometimes spend their whole lifetime trying to figure out how to be themselves. It's a challenge. It takes time to learn, but I'm sticking to that. And then number three, my amazing family and friends. So Cadresphere, let me know in the comments, what are you grateful for? For how your 2025 has went. Maybe some challenges that you encountered. Give me a thumbs up, thumbs down emoji or, or something that you're excited about for 2025 that happened and you're like, oh, that's all that this was a demo.
Most amazing thing that happened. Let me know in the comments with an emoji or statement on what you're super excited about. Something that happened for you. Something or something that you're looking forward to and excited for in 2026. I love, I love. I used to be like, oh, like I want to manifest this, this, this and this and this like for every single year. And I still do that. But I also want to. I'm trying to learn to live more in the moment. Let me know in the comments if you agree about like living in the moment more, being present more, how you can be present more because it's all, it's challenging for all of us.
So yeah, that's kind of what I had for this live. I'm gonna have more stuff prepared for for the next few lives. Wealth, Wisdom Wednesdays. Well be back again. And yeah, just want to say that I'm grateful for the I also want to say add to the list grateful for the Cadre sphere, grateful for being a contributor that for the Cadre sphere. Grateful to be among so many amazing contributors and people on the on the on the app and within the community that we paid our mortgage off and now own our own house.
Holy smokes. Nice junk food junkie. That's amazing. My 82 year old dad is still alive and challenged to be a great example for the younger generation in our family. 2026. I'll wait and see what it brings to My doorstep. Love it. Great. Great thing to be grateful for. Yeah. Paying off your mortgage is huge and so many people are not there yet and that, the fact that you're there is amazing. It's a, that's a huge feat. And your dad's 82 and he's still, he's still in good health. He's still doing well.
That's awesome. And being a great example for the next gen, the younger generation coming up. That's. That's something to be proud of for sure. And let the, let the universe put in front of you. It'll put in front of you as well. Right. It's good to, it's good to have goals and shoot for those goals. But if the goal, you know, your vision and your goal doesn't have to change, sometimes the strategy and how you navigate things to get to the goal or the vision. Right. Sometimes needs to be tweaked.
But it's all part of the journey. It's all part of the journey. What about yourself, Jen? Things you're grateful for for 2025 looking into 2026. Good evening. Good evening. Chris Edge. Welcome to Live again. I'll give you guys the floor for the next few minutes there and just want to get back in that consistency muscle post again posting the lives because I was off for a little bit so. Because super important. Right. All that I care going to 2026 is consistency. As long as I keep showing up like Luke, like Luke Wendlatt says it all the time.
Like he always makes his h*** or high water is Monday motivation. And I might, I like, I might even start doing a. I've been doing this treadmill challenge actually. It's like Jen Aniston's 3 hours, 12 minutes and 30 seconds. 3 speed, 12 incline and 30 minutes. Sometimes I do 20 minutes, sometimes I do 25. I'm really tired but that's been like my new part of my new morning routine for the trip. Oh yeah, yeah. That trip, that was a bucket list trip. I totally, I totally slipped my mind thanks to the reminder junk food junkie.
Japan was a bucket list trip and we planned for nine months for it and it was unreal. Incredible. Would highly recommend to anyone if you want to visit a cool country, a unique place with very, very friendly people, very serene like incredible place. Would highly recommend anyone that likes to travel. Go to Japan. Go to Japan. It was incredible. I loved every minute of it. And we will for sure be going back 100%. But yeah. Anyone else that wants to say how they. What they're grateful for for 2025 and looking into 2026 things are excited about.
Let me know the air is yours. Oh, grateful to be in and creating intentional communities around sobriety and well being. Yeah. That's an amazing one, Jen. Thanks for sharing that. Yeah. Being more intentional. Yeah. I really appreciate anyone that is like looking genuinely and intentionally looking to improve other people's lives and by doing so they're improving their own life. It's a great feeling. It's a great thing to do. That that's a big part of my personal mission is to to enhance people's well being through mind, body and soul optimization.
That's my mission. That's my life's mission. I was told to try and plan a trip to Japan during their baseball season. Oh yeah, I've heard great things about. Yeah, Ohtani. Ohtani, that insanely good player for LA Dodgers. He was plastered everywhere, in every single billboard, every ad, every store, clothing, tea on the vending machines in Japan, shoes. Just incredible. Super incredible. It was cool to see. They love them there. Yeah. Love it. Well, I'll leave it for there for today because again, my mission for 2026 is be consistent.
Don't care about the, the the duration or the intensity, just the consistency because that's the most important thing, showing up no matter what for you guys. Creating content. I love every minute of it and and I want to help enhance all of your lives as much as I can. So have a great Sunday. Hopefully enjoyed the Sunday Spark session.
