The last critical piece that will make your life feel richer and it will enhance your life tenfold is nutrition. Your body and your mind are building resilience because you have the right fuel. You've got the right amount of sleep and you've got daily movement.

  3. 5:42Me and my wife are going to Japan starting this Thursday

Me and my wife are actually gonna be going to Japan starting this Thursday. I'll be out and about in Japan for from October 23rd to November 7th. Most likely, I probably won't be able to do any lives while I'm away, but I'll do a little post to the Cadre sphere.

And we're live Cadre. This is Sunday Spark sessions with your host Alex Muir of my mindset at Mind Dash Sev YouTube channel and IND TikTok channel. Let's dive into it. Tonight is all about the three daily habits that create a richer life for yourself. And what do I mean by richer life? A more enhanced life, a more fulfilling life. A life that you can be proud of. A life that gets you excited, makes you excited to wake up in the morning. Spin may welcome alive. Thanks for tuning in. And those three habits that are super high impact but they're super simple and I have talked about them a lot are daily movement.

So that form of movement or exercise for you could look like. Thanks for tuning in. Speak Wonder. Could look like, like going for a walk, doing some yoga, doing. Oh, doing, yeah, doing a walk, doing some yoga, working out high. Speak Wonder. Thanks for tuning into my lives and all my lives. Really appreciate it. Weight training, doing a run. There can be a lot of different ways that you get in your daily movement, but it's super important and it's super good for the brain. And then next is sleep.

I would have to say I've always been a good sleeper and because I've always been a good sleeper, I feel it. And I don't feel my best when I, when I don't feel my best, it's because my sleep wasn't my best. So finding ways, if you do struggle with sleep, finding ways to make your sleep more enhanced is very helpful. These, for example, are blue light blocking glasses. They're really helpful. It can reduce eye strain. They can get rid of that junk, like, junk light, like blue light at night from our, from our devices, like our phones, our laptops, our tablets.

Because all that blue light that emits from those devices, it can really disrupt our sleep patterns right before going to bed. And another thing that I do is eye mask. This is actually a Bluetooth eye mask because I like to meditate before bed. So and because I, I'm a side sleeper, I don't like having my headphones in while I'm going to sleep because then they fall out. Like I like, like to wear my AirPods sometimes, like listen to music and such. And so if you like to meditate as well before you go to bed or just, yeah, like when you're, when you're going to bed, like it's better to kind of, kind of like do it before bed so you're not, don't have your headphones in your ear while you're going to sleep.

And Then yeah, an eye mask just helps block out the light. So because if there's too much light coming in from the sunrise, it can be hard to harder or it can disrupt your sleep earlier if you wanted to sleep in later too. So there's a lot of little, little nuances to helping you with your sleep. And another thing, I don't know if you guys can see it. I've got a fan across the room there. It's a Dyson fan. Really, really helps with having some, some sort of white noise in your, in your room. Blackout drapes.

And then reading a book before bed really helps to unwind the mind. And then I even have a yoga mat right here, right next to my bed for doing yoga. Like before bed. I love doing it before bed to just help know, loosen up the body, especially if I haven't done a post workout stretch. So we talked about movement, daily movement, we talked about sleep. The last critical piece that will make your life feel richer and it will enhance your life tenfold is nutrition. So I didn't know anything about nutrition or I just ate everything that was in front of me like early on when I was growing up and everything.

And, and then over time when you get into weight, when you know, when I was getting into bodybuilding and weight training and you know, want to build a better physique, build a stronger foundation, build strength. I needed to make sure I had the right fuel, the right nutrition and then I also needed the right nutrition for everything else, for going to school, going to university, going to college. So if you're a student, if you're going to work, if you own your own business, whatever you do, having the right nutrition and the right fuel and your body will help fuel your body and fuel your mind to be able to tackle whatever life throws at you with a lot more ease, a lot more fluidity.

I think the word I was looking for like, so it'll still be challenging whatever you encounter, but it'll be, it'll feel less daunting because your energy is high and your energy can withstand that. Your body and your mind are building resilience because you have the right fuel. You've got the right amount of sleep and you've got daily movement. And so I know those things are probably like, oh, like I've heard this a million times, but they do really work. Sometimes you need to, you know, switch up how you do them, maybe the order, maybe sometimes your body's craving more, more rest.

So focus on like yoga and like a dog walk, like speak. Wonder said like dog walk or like having a walk every morning. It's great for the mind. Starts you up, sets yourself up for a win for the day. So hopefully you guys all enjoy this live. And I know I wanted to chime in here some of my lives are a little bit longer, but I want to keep this one short just because me and my wife are actually gonna be going to Japan starting this Thursday. So and we're doing an overnight in Vancouver on the Wednesday.

So I, we will be. Yeah, just working Monday, Tuesday and then off for two weeks to Japan. So I will try and chime in as much as I can on the lives we're gonna be. Most likely, I probably won't be able to do any lives while I'm away, but I'll do a little post to the Cadre sphere and to all the contributors and to let you guys know that I'll be I'll be out and about in Japan for from October 23rd to November 7th and then I'll be back. So thank you all for tuning into this live and you guys have a fabulous weekend and week ahead.

Take care.
