Hello there, Danielle Jochen in here and talking today about the chakras. What are chakras? You may hear that word a lot, and chakras are energy centers in the body, more energetic centers. You don't see them with your physical eyes like you see, my hand, right? And you may hear about the seven chakras, mainly, that start in the spine. So if the lower base is the first chakra, origin with the color red, the right to feel safe, and a mantra for that one can be, I am safe. Second chakra is the color orange, and that is the right to just enjoy life, like pleasure, receiving, allowing, and it is your right to receive.

The third chakra is the color yellow, and that's where you're really your will, your identity of self, who you are at your core, is the right to act. So like, I take action. It could be your mantra for that one. The four chakra is color green, is at your heart. It's the right to love and be loved, and you can say the mantra of I am love and love. The fifth chakra is your throat chakra, it's the right to express, so express your words to be able to speak clearly, noticing if you don 't speak clearly, or you like opposite of that, like over speak, over communicate, or just talk all the time.

A lot of times these chakras can become overactive or underactive based on what has happened in your life at this point. Sixth chakra is your third eye, seat of intuition, the right to perceive, so I see my vision clearly, I see my future, and it unfolds perfectly for me, for my highest good. Seventh chakra is your crown chakra, it's the right to know. It's like that deep, deep interknowing the truth. So I am guided by my highest truth. I see my future, and I step forward into it with confidence and courage.

So those are seven chakras in the body that also connects to like a sick or certain organs, body parts. So if something happened in your life at a certain time, these energy centers could also be traumatized as well. So a lot of times it's just allowing yourself to work with the colors, and create those mantras, and just reflect on self. Like, do I feel safe for a chakra, a second chakra? Do I allow myself to enjoy life, to feel pleasure, to receive third chakra? Do I allow myself to act on things that I want to have happen, or chakra?

Do I love myself? Do I allow others to love me? Do I love others? Fifth again, the right to speak. Do I speak clearly, or do I over speak? And sixth is your intuition. Do I see my vision clearly, like my future? Do I follow my dreams? Or is it clouded? And then the seventh chakra, the right to know and trust yourself and be guided by something bigger than me. Do you allow that? Or do that feel off? So a little insight into the chakras, Hope you get some access to something through this questions.

Please reach out. My name is Danielle.
