  2. 2:06Today is caregiver day in the Cadre. And so that is our symbol today

Today is caregiver day in the Cadre. We are talking about bringing in the benefits of everything Cadre has to offer. That is the type of crop that yields and is given to others for nurturing and for good well being.

  3. 6:08Cadre contributors talk about non alcoholic beverages

Here's another one. We have Cadre contributors who talk about getting sober, being sober. On the spectrum we have people talking about Alzheimer's and the elderly. Tell your friends about us and tell them to patch in and get on the live stream.

  4. 7:32So I'm going to name some of our contributors by first names

Ms. Shannon Paul is on at 3:00 Eastern today. Rick Cram talks about resilience on Tuesday nights. Chaplain Melinda talks about grief and grief work. All of these contributors have something to say.

  5. 9:31Alex. Here's another boat representing the harvest as it sails into Venice

Alex. Here's another boat representing the harvest as it sails into Venice. We had just enough boats. Isn't that wonderful about the harvest? We have just enough and usually an overflow. That's my Cadre.

  6. 10:17Today I am actually helping caregift. And caregiving grandkids is not for the faint of heart

Today I am actually helping caregift. And caregiving grandkids is not for the faint of heart, but it's a lot of fun. We've got a lot more going on today in the Cadre, and I'll see you next week in the harbor.

Okay, we are live. Would that work better? Yeah, but we can't get them all in there. We're gonna get 45 boats in there. Hi. I'm talking with my producer, my daughter, and my co producer. Her co producer, my grandson. You. Can you operate the camera? You might have to turn it around. Who's that? Mel Myers. Well, turn around first. Okay. I don't know how to do it. We're trying to do things here. Hello. Sorry. I'll just hold. That works. Hey, do you like my top? Hi, everybody. Welcome to Cadre. I'm Kathy.

My Cadre handle is Speak Wonder. And I like to talk about harbor pilots. And my friend Ann, who is Sicilian, is in Italy. She just finished a day in Venice. And I want to talk about boats and the Cadre and Venice. Can you show them the boy? This is my little assistant. His name is Oliver and he's my grandson. Okay. Can you put it in? Put it in. Here's another one. So as Ollie puts the boats in, we're going to pretend this is a great big pond, maybe the Mediterranean. And the reason I mentioned Mediterranean Sea is because the boat.

The boats that come into Venice, Italy, are traveling via the Mediterranean. Good job, Oliver. Put it in. And that is harvest. I learned that Venice is built on underwater pillars that are centuries old. And there is no farming in Venice. And in most of Italy, really. They bring in the food, they have water, ambulances. They have water, everything. Here we go. Here we go. Put it in. Okay, so we're going to talk about the harvest of Cadre. Cadre head. Okay, look, Ollie, here. Put it in. So these.

These are paper boats. Can you zoom in on me? Aren't these great? They're made out of maps. They're little miniature paper boats. And so that is our symbol today. Thank you for joining. I see True north is here. Hi. Good morning. Good morning. This is really fun because we don't know how things go when we get the littles involved. Put it in. Thank you. So this is the boat that represents the harvest of caregiving. Today is caregiver day in the Cadre. Put it in. This one is for anxiety and depression.

The harvest of mental health services in the Cadre. Here's one. See the boat? Put it in. We also harvest family values and family practices. Here's another one. We're harvesting as the boats come in from the Mediterranean or from whatever body of water you should choose. Here, I'm gonna put it in. We have parenting. All of the things I'm listing here, you guys are features on the Cadre. And it to me, when we think of harvest in the month of October, we are talking about bringing in the benefits of everything Cadre has to offer.

Some things are immeasurable. Once in a while you have somebody pop in on the Cadre as a consumer or as a contributor and something is really helping them because it's available through Cadre. That, my friends, is harvest. That is the type of crop that yields and is given to others for nurturing and for good well being. He's eating the boats. You know what, kid do you know who doesn't like paper? Come on. Oh, gosh. We also have. Here, look here. We have in the Cadre, we're harvesting the speakers who offer us helps on grief and loss.

And there are many helps there. I've tuned into them. We have money. I think it's Alex, forgive me because, you know, I'm distracted by the cuteness of my grandson Oliver. I think it's Alex who talks about money and investing and savings and planning. We have a whole part of Cadre devoted to that. We have relationships. That's a big one. And so there are opportunities to learn about and understand and build relationships. We're building relationships right now just by being in this Cadre together.

If we're still streaming, and I think we are, just say, hi, Ollie. O L L I E. Because he is my assistant. Here's another boat. Ollie. Work. There are contributors on the Cadre who talk about work, work dynamics, workflow, the benefits of job sharing, the benefits of working from home as opposed to in person. How we are at work after Covid and how it helped us and informed us. Work from home. Hi there. Who else? Oh, there's two. North. Hi, Ollie. Thank you. I can't read T. North. True north. Ollie.

Ollie, you've got a fan club. Thank you for the boat. Here's another one. Sobriety. We have Cadre contributors who talk about getting sober, being sober. Jennifer Ally comes on and she talks about non alcoholic beverages. What do you call those? There's a term for those on the menu. On the menu? Yeah, something like that. Did you show the camera on you? No, no, she won't. She's the mystery producer. Mocktails. That's the word I wanted. Jen has all these wonderful suggestions for mocktails and some of them are not available out here on the east coast in Erie, Pennsylvania, but in Minnesota you guys have a lot of variety.

Autism people. On the spectrum we have contributors who are caregiving children or other family members. On the spectrum we have people talking about Alzheimer's and the elderly. These are all things that we can harvest as consumers on Cadre. Tell your friends about us and tell them to patch in and get on the live stream. Now we have some more boats. Look here. You want to put it in? Put the boats in. I put the ocean back here for him. Yay. So I'm going to name some of our contributors, mostly by first names.

If we have more than one. For instance, we have Shannon's. We have Shannon staff and Shannon. Ms. Shannon Paul. Comedy in the chaos. And Here we go. Ms. Shannon Paul is on at 3:00 Eastern today. Here you go. We have Anna. Anna is on here. Ana Mayo. Rick Cram is one of our contributors and he talks about. Oh, what is it? Word. What is that word? Anyway, it's staying strong, persevering right now. It's like my name. I know it as well as my resilience. Rick talks about resilience on Tuesday nights.

The boats are going in the sea. Okay, just a few more. Ah, don't worry, you're still on the payroll. We have Anila. We have Rachel Logan. And we have Rachel Havocost. We have Chaplain Melinda. She has helped me a great deal. All of these contributors have something to say. Chaplain Melinda talks about grief and grief work. Dan Griffin, Nikki. Dr. Charisse. We love Dr. Charisse. If you haven't live streamed Dr. Charisse, come on now. Jean Nichols. She has the dog I love named Major. We're gonna go fast now.

We have Nick. Dr. Leslie. JC, of course, is one of the founders. And we have Jason. Betsy Hodges is truly my soulmate. I think we're twins and we were separated at birth. That thing is lovely. Alex. Here's another boat representing the harvest as it sails into Venice or whatever port of call you're in. We have Evan. Did I say Brie? We have Garrett. Drop the script. We have Jonathan, Carrie. We have Luke. Hi, Luke. Do you love it that you're near the end? You're one of the founders, comes on and Rolando, he likes to be called Ro, Seth, Rosie and Tiffany.

We had just enough boats. Isn't that wonderful about the harvest? We have just enough and usually an overflow. That's my Cadre. Today I am actually helping caregift. You know, sometimes we talk about caregiving and sometimes we're living it in the moment. My daughter, who's kindly my producer today holding the phone for us. Show them Ollie. He's much cuter. Hey, Ollie, can you wave? Say bye bye? No. Anyway, I'm helping with the kids. This week. And caregiving grandkids is not for the faint of heart, but it's a lot of fun.

So we're gonna say bye for now. Thank you for joining us. And, yeah, we've got a lot more going on today in the Cadre, and I'll see you next week in the harbor.
