It is Freedom time. Today is freedom time. The what if spiral. It is time to free your mind. It's time to be free from the text message anxiety. Another example of overthinking is the regret loop. This month is not over.
Hello. Happy Wednesday. I am excited because you know why? It is Freedom time. From mental clutter. From emotional clutter. How are you feeling? What are you doing at 11 o'? Clock?
Today is freedom time. We have to talk about ways to be free and mentally detox now. Last week we were talking about the four types of communication. We put out a challenge that we were going to talk and assert ourselves this past week. Did you do it?
There are four areas that we tend to overthink. The what if spiral. We tend to have excessive repetitive thoughts based on these four things. Sometimes we need to detox and stop overthinking by literally snapping ourselves out. It is time to free your mind.
It's time to be free from the text message anxiety. Another example of overthinking is the regret loop. This month is not over. We still have time for freedom. We can halter our overthinking.
It is time to elevate from second guessing, from the what if spiral and from the text message anxiety. How do we do this? A couple of ways. One way is literally journaling. Another is mind mapping. There's so many ways we can begin to declutter our minds.
This week, I challenge you to detox, mentally detox from overthinking. Why? Because it is your time to be free. Detox this week and I will see you next Wednesday.
Hello. Happy Wednesday. Good morning. It is a new day. It's a new hour. And it's a new way for you to connect with us. Come on in, Come on in, come on in. Welcome, everyone. Happy Wednesday. Welcome, welcome, welcome. It's so good that you are with us today. How are you feeling? What are you doing? What are you doing at 11 o'? Clock? Good morning. Speak, Wonder. What are you doing? What are you doing? Let me tell you. It is time. It is Freedom time. Freedom time. It is Freedom time. Good morning.
Happy Wednesday. I am excited because you know why? It is Freedom time. Freedom time. From mental clutter. Freedom time. From mental clutter. From emotional clutter. Listen, we. I want to know. Freedom time. Okay. Okay. What are you doing? What am I doing Besides waiting for a Cadre time? I was upstairs talking to my husband. Just checking in. Just checking in. Mm. It's good to check in. Freedom time. Today is freedom time. And I have. It's going to be short and sweet, yet tasty. We have to talk about ways to be free and mentally detox now.
Speak, Wonder. I didn't forget. Okay, last. Before I dive in today. Last week we were talking about the four types of communication, and we put out a challenge that we were going to talk and assert ourselves throughout this past week. So I want to know. Speak, Wonder. Because I remember you specifically saying, hey, I'm going to do this. I'm going to be more assertive, more direct, and in my communication. You said, out. You were going to let go of some shackles. You're going to break free. So I want to know, did you do it?
Did you do it? Did you do it? I want to know, did you do it? Okay, put it in the chat. Put it in the chat. Okay, so I'm going to shift and. And I want us to talk about detoxing our mind because it is freedom time. Check it. Detoxing our mind because it is Freedom time. I see you. Congratulations. Keep going, Keep going, keep going. Okay, there are four areas that we tend to overthink. So if you want to get paper and pencil out. Because if you're using your phone, don't want you to lose this chat, this live feed.
Okay, but. So get paper and pencil and I want you to write down these words. We tend to have excessive repetitive thoughts based on these four things. Okay? The what if spiral. The what if spiral. Sometimes we need to detox and stop overthinking by literally snapping ourselves out of the what if spiral. Okay? So an example would. Would be what if I failed at this interview. What if I never get a job? What if I end up broke and alone? What if I never date again? What if my mother never forgives me?
What if I never get to resolve this issue? What if there is no, no cure? The what if spiral, it causes us to overthink, have excessive thought patterns that cause a stress, anxiety, and depression. So I want you to think about it. Do you find yourself overthinking or in a constant loop of what ifs? Do you find your thoughts spiraling because it is time to free your mind. It is time to free your mind. Speak, wonder. I am so proud of you. I am. I am so proud of you. I love that you took a risk and I love that you shifted and that you're shifting into a healthy direction.
I am so proud of you. I really am. I really am. So I want you to think about this. Are you finding yourself overthinking with the what if spirals? And if you are, it's time to shift. It's time to turn your concerns into a blanket statement. You're welcome. Another example of overthinking because it's time to be free from the text message anxiety. Do you ever find yourself anxious after you sent a text and a person did not text you back instantly? I was literally watching a Netflix documentary that was talking about attention and attention span and how they compare our attention span to goldfish, which they do not have scientific evidence for.
However, they just say that our attention span is short. And so when we send a message, we expect instant message back. Right. But if we don't, we find ourselves overthinking. What if. What if they don't like me? Did I do something? Do they really. Are they really my friend? Do they disapprove of me? Should I double text? Did I say something wrong? I know, I know. And it becomes a. It gets us into a state of, like, fear of rejection and disapproval. That's what happens. Yeah. Yeah, I've definitely been there where I sent someone a text and I'm like, waiting.
Like, I'm texting. I'm waiting for them to respond back to me. And I'm thinking, like, they're ignoring me. They don't want to talk to me. Am I being annoying? Am I a dread for them? Like, all those thoughts run through my mind and that overthinking doesn't fuel me. It stifles me and it stifles you. And so we have to check ourselves and we have to give people, excuse me, space and time. Right? So we can halter our overthinking, we can halter these thoughts because part of it is just our perception and it's not reality.
Okay. Yeah. So I'm just throwing out some four points here. I want you to think about it because it is time to be free. This month is not over. We still have time for freedom. We still have time to let go of things and habits and patterns. That doesn't serve us. I have another example of overthinking, and that is the regret loop. The regret loop. I've been here when you literally go back in the past and meditate on all the shoulda, the couldas and the wouldas of things. Have you been there before?
Where you are literally stuck in the past thinking about the shoulda, the woulda, the couldas. And you find yourself feeling bad or guilty because of regret of things you didn't do or you should have done or you couldn't have done. And it could be something recent. It might not be in something in the past. It could be something that you're dealing with right now. And I want you to pause and just realize that when you put yourself or allow yourself to go back to a re excessively repeating the old, it puts you in a space of self criticism.
And we're over that. We're over it. So I am showing you these four principles because you will now see it, you will now name it, and then you will reframe it. One more guessing, second guessing. I raised my hand on that one because I've definitely I've. It could be something so simple. So simple. I give you an example. The other day, my kids and I, we were playing a game, okay? And we were creating a raffle game. And everyone got a dollar, a dollar and 25 cents. And you can go to the dollar store and get any.
Anything out of the dollar store, okay? And whatever you get, you have to hide it. And it was going to be a part of our raffle game. It was just a family fun night that we were doing. Okay, you guys, I was in there the longest because I could not figure out what to get. One item, A$25. And I couldn't think. I was second guessing. Now, this is an example of something simple, something playful. But think about this in real time. Do you ever find yourself paralyzed because you're not making decisions?
Do you ever find yourself second guessing something, a decision you made, and then you go back on it? That's overthinking. And it's time to be free. It is time to be free. I like your Emojis. Yeah, I've been there. And I now that I'm processing this and I'm sharing it with you, I'm catching myself, you guys. I have to. Because I don't want to be paralyzed. I don't want to be stuck. And I don't want to discount my original plans. I don't no longer want to discount myself or my ideas. And so I am here with you.
I am walking this walk with you. Yes, I bring you information, but I'm bringing you information that I am currently going through or I've taught my clients because we all want to improve. It is time to elevate. Every time I get on, I know I say this because it is true every day. We are elevating. We are becoming 1% better. And so if you are with me, put a. Put a heart in the chat. Put a 1 in the chat so I know you can hear and see me well. And you agree that it is time to elevate. It is time to elevate from second guessing, from the what if spiral, from the text message anxiety, and from the regret loop.
It is time. So how do we do this? A couple of ways. My favorite ways. Well, let me ask you. What is one way? What is one way you like? What is one way that you are willing to alter how you are showing up? Put it in the chat. What is one way? What is one thing you can do? What is one thing you can do for me? 1. One way that I do, I always talk about it, but it is true for me. And that is literally journaling. I literally brain dump right here. When I find that I am in a loop. If I find myself ruminating or excessively, excessively processing over something that I cannot change or things that happen in the past, if I find myself anxious for, you know, something simple or something big, I go to my journal.
I do. That's my go to and so speak. One that says her. Her go to is to disengage from it. Yeah. Mm. Yeah. Another cool way is mind mapping. I wish I can show you an image, but mind mapping is when you take a circle and you write off the word. Let's just say text messaging, right? And you can write out the word text messaging. Then you can write out your feelings regarding text messaging. And then you can keep building it out. Building it out, Building it out, right? So you draw a circle, write the word text messaging.
You can write in a line, then another circle, and from there you can then write your feelings. Okay. Another one you said is to Declutter the table. Yeah, I love that. Declutter the table for sure. I like video, so I would say video chatting with myself. So confession, just saying what I'm feeling, what I'm thinking. Some people are visual so, you know, tactile. Some people like audio, so hearing themselves, you know, process out loud can be helpful. Yeah. Going for a prayer walk where you walk and pray can be a good way to decompress and to get into focus your mind on God instead of the problem and asking God for a solution.
Yeah. There's so many ways we can begin to declutter our minds. Right? We can have an hour of silence where we are no longer engaging with people or things, but we are literally allowing ourselves to be still and be silent. I mean, you can keep moving about your day, but just giving yourself an hour or Even if it's 30 minutes of silence of you not talking, of you not looking or scrolling, you're not replying to email, but just allowing yourself to be still. This week, I challenge you to detox, mentally detox from overthinking.
Detox. Detox. Detox. Why? Because it is your time to be free. It is your time to be free. Well, listen everyone, it has been a true pleasure. I hope you have an amazing Wednesday. I hope you take this time to declutter, detox your mind and your emotions, specifically from overthinking. I hope you guys have a wonderful day. I will see you next Wednesday as we are marching into. Is it already? No, no. We got one more week together. Another week of freedom. Another week of freedom. I'll bring out another tip of how we can be free.
So take your time. Detox this week and I will see you next Wednesday. Peace out. Love you guys. See if you speak Wonder and anyone else that come on later. Take care.
