  4. 5:05Are my daily actions reflecting what I say? I believe that's a good one

Are my daily actions reflecting what I say I believe? What will congruence feel like in my body and in my spirit? Who or what am I performing for? What would change if I stopped? Congruency, alignment. This is what we're seeking.

  5. 9:36Sam: We are intentionally aligning ourselves with our truth, with beliefs

All right, Cadre. We are intentionally aligning ourselves with our truth. We're going back to those goals we set at the beginning of the year. As we pause, we get to the root of our emotions. Realign, adjust, pivot. God will give us clarity as we continue to march forth.

Hello, Cadre. Hello, hello, hello. So good to be with you. Happy Wednesday, Cadre. Come on into the room with me. So happy you're with me. Welcome. Happy Wednesday. Happy June. We in the middle, y' all. We're in the middle of the year. Welcome. And happy June. I'm excited that you are with me today. God bless you. Hallelujah. Hello, Christopher. Hello. Hello. I'm so happy you're all with me today. Welcome, welcome, welcome. I am your friend here at Cadre. I'm Rachel. I help you get to the root of things, and I hope you're having an amazing Wednesday.

This is a new day, a new hour, a new opportunity in a fresh start. Yes. Every month, every day, every hour, we have an opportunity to experience something new. Hello. Hello. I'm thankful that you guys are with me today. Come on in. Come on in. I'm excited because this is an interesting moment, and I'm gonna share. Be so real and honest with you. This is an interesting moment. Have you ever been in a place in life where you're like, what am I doing? Where am I going? What am I doing these things for?

Have you ever been there? I don't know. I don't know. I just. I turned 40 in March, and what am I doing? Where am I going? These are the questions that's pondering my mind, and I'm curious to know if you guys ever have those moments. What. What are we. What am I doing? Where. Where am I going? How did I get here? What is my trajectory? So I just want to sit in it today, and it made me think about a tool that I gave a client about congruency and alignment. And sometimes we have to find our place in life, and we have to align ourselves back to center.

And for me, center is Christ, center is the father. Center is the word of God. And so I just want to share with you some of the journaling prompts that I am currently using and that I am sharing with my clients. So drop A one in the chat. If you ever came to this place in life, you're like, what am I doing? Where am I going? Why am I doing these things? What's the bigger picture here? Because that's what's more important. What is the bigger picture? Not just in this here now. What is the bigger picture?

So getting to the root of some of those thoughts and emotions, that's where we are today. In the middle of the year. The middle. We're in the middle of the whole 12 months, six months. And I just wonder. And I wonder if you wonder sometimes, and if you wonder, it's okay, because that means we are alive and we are free and we're able to think and process accordingly. Hey, Katie, thanks for joining. So these are the journal promptings that I want to share with you and to help you think things through as I am too.

Thinking things through. What am I doing? Where am I going? Does this matter? And the answer is, yes, I am moving forward. Yes, I'm doing these things for a greater cause. But sometimes we just want, like, a sense of direction. And for me, the place that I go get direction is from the Lord. Hello. Speak, Wonder. And so we are bringing awareness today. We are exploring our emotional truths as we align ourselves as we determine where we're going. Because the beautiful thing is we get to determine our future.

We get to determine how we choose to show up each day. So one of the questions I have for you. What am I thinking? What am I thinking lately that feels true but causes me tension or guilt. Awesome, thanks. Speak, Wonder from Pennsylvania. Never been there before, but I did catch one of your lives and it looks pretty. And I love all your birds and how we were looking at birds. So that was pretty cool. So sometimes as we are on this journey of awareness and clarity, we do have to sit and check in.

What have I been feeling lately? And is it causing me tension or guilt? And lately I'm just sharing with you, where am I going? What am I doing? Well, what I do know is I'm moving forward, but I'm in a cool, interesting transitional phase. And I just want to share that with you today. What is my heart trying to tell me that I've been ignoring? Yeah. What is my heart trying to tell me that I've been ignoring? These are some emotional truths that you can sit with yourself that I am going to do here shortly.

What patterns from my past do I still react to emotionally? Good one. Are my daily actions reflecting what I say? I believe that's a good one. Yes. Speak, Wonder. The Lord is a covenant keeper. He can be trusted. He is trusted. Yes. So we are asking ourselves questions to get aligned. We are in June, the middle of the year, and we have to make sure that we're going in the direction that we said we want to go into. And so the question questions I have for you today are, are my daily actions reflecting what I say I believe?

What will congruence feel like in my body and in my spirit? Yes. Speak. One that says I still. I still take simple statements from friends as judgment need to pivot from that. Yes. Yeah. What? And what can you tell yourself instead of, you know, perceiving as judgment? What can't. What's the truth? Is it judgment? What is it? Very good. What. What would congruence feel like in my body, in my spirit? Who or what am I performing for? What would change if I stopped? Congruency, alignment. This is what we're seeking.

This is what we're doing. Who or what am I performing for? What would. What would change? What would change if I stopped? Want you to sit with me, meditate, think about these things. Yes. Speak wonder. Absolutely. Your truth is amazing. I think the bottom line about alignment is because the world has so many, has access to us often, and it can kind of jumble our truth. But it's important and vital that we sit in our truth. And just like you speak wonder, you say, hey, I am making the best decision for my life in this season.

And some might not understand. And that is absolutely okay. Yes. Yes. Lord, show me where I've lost connection with my true self. Lord, show me where I've lost connection with my true self. All right, Cadre. We are intentionally aligning ourselves with our truth, with our beliefs, with our values. We're going back to those goals we set at the beginning of the year, checking in with ourselves, making sure that we are back aligned, that we know who we are, what we're doing, where we're going. And we can do that by pausing, by connecting, by seeking the Lord, by clearing out the distractions and just locking in.

Locking in. So I thank you all for joining today. As we pause, we take this moment that we get to the root of our emotions. That we acknowledge them, we accept them, and we don't judge them. Hello, Jules. Thank you. That we acknowledge them. That we accept them and we don't judge them. That wherever we are, we are able to get on track. Back on track. Realign, adjust, pivot. It's so beautiful that we get this freedom. Thank you. Yes. So I simply leave you with a blessing that you may go forth in true alignment with self, with your soul, with your spirit, as you are taking this summer by force.

And good things and pleasure and delight. Enjoy. And new experiences and adventures. I believe he will. God will give us clarity as we continue to march forth, as we continue to enjoy our days and enjoy our lives. I will see you next week, Wednesday. As we get to the root, as we are allowing ourselves to get aligned in this month, this month of June. Blessings to you all. See you next time. Sam.
