Cadre: Gardening is literally the epiphany of consistency. No matter how you feel, no matter how your day and your schedule and mood is going, it pays to be consistent. Be consistent no matter what, every day, put forth effort to your ultimate goal.
Hello, hello, Hello, Cadre. Happy Wednesday. I'm so happy to be with you today. Come on in, Cadre. Cadre. Cadre. Welcome, my family. Welcome, friends. I am so excited that you are here with me today. So come on in. As you come in, drop a heart in the chat so I know you can hear and see me. Well, I have a special treat for you today, so come on in, Cadre. Today is Wednesday. It's a light day for me. Hello, Louise. Louise. That is my middle name. Welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome. I'm glad you're here with me.
Hello, Jen. Hello. I'm so happy you're here with me. I have something really special to show you today. Do you want to see it? Hi, Christopher. Thank you for hopping in. Are you ready? This is what I wanted to talk about. Last week. We talked about being consistent and how I celebrated my 100th day of reading the Bible in a year. So I'm super excited. We are still on this journey, so I hope you guys are celebrating your wins and you're celebrating your consistency. But today I have something really important to show you.
Another evident evidence of being consistent. Are you ready? It's my garden. Look at this. Look at. Look at my garden. This is evidence of consistency. In particular, I want to show you my little baby bell pepper. It is coming along quite well. I want to show this with you or share with you, because gardening is literally the epitome of consistency. See, it is planting seeds, it is watering daily. Hello, mental wealth. Love that name. Gardening is literally the epiphany of consistency. Because every day, regardless if I feel like it or not, if I want to see fruit come forth in the next two months, I have to be consistent with watering my garden.
Look, this is evidence. Can you see that? This is evidence of being consistent. Look at that. Isn't she beautiful? This is evidence of consistency. And I just want to encourage you, my friends in Cadre, consistency pays off. No matter how you feel, no matter how your day and your schedule and mood is going that day, it pays to be consistent. You may not see the fruits just yet. You may not see the change in your mood, your appetite, your family or relationships. But let me tell you, the more that you're consistent and no matter how you feel, you still wake up and you go to that gym or you read 15 minutes a day to empower and encourage yourself and to become even smarter and have more wisdom.
It pays off. Look at this. This is my watermelon plant and it has baby flowers, which means something is happening underneath. So this is what I'm saying. Even though things, you may be doing things, and it may not seem like things are changing or your money is improving or your relationships is improving, something is happening underneath. So have faith. Keep watering your garden. Keep watering your heart, keep watering your mind, keep watering your relationships. Because underneath, roots are taking place, growth is happening.
We might not see the rapid change, but over time, we'll check back in on my garden. Over time, we shall see fruit, we shall see vegetables, we shall see flowers springing forth. Be consistent no matter what, every day, put forth effort to your ultimate goal. You can't tell me they're watering. Over time, you won't see a harvest. You can't tell me that. So I am challenging you to keep watering. Chris, Jen, Louise, Mental wealth. Keep watering. Keep showing up. Keep going to work even if you don't feel like it.
Keep praising yourself even though you might not feel like it. Keep encouraging yourself, even though some days may be a little slow because something is happening underneath. This is my encouragement for you today. Keep watering your garden. Remain in the sun as I say that the sun is shining bright today, coming out. So that's my nugget for you today. Keep watering your garden. The internal and the external garden. Keep watering. So be intentional. So what does that look like? I said it last week.
I'll say it again. It looks like having a set time that you come outside. My set time to water is in the evening. What is your set time to grow? What is your set time where you say, no matter what, this is what I'm doing so I can grow? Number two, celebrate the winds. My wind is seeing flowers bloom on these little plants that were once seeds. Number three, talk to yourself daily. When I come out here to my garden, I talk to them as they are little children and I praise them for trying. Because some nights it has been cold, some days it has been very loud.
Thunderstorm. I hope you can still hear me. Sometimes we have to be aware of the distractions and things that tries to still kill and destroy our garden. But we have to remain positive and hopeful. All right, Cadre, keep watering your garden. Keep showing up. Keep going outside, getting your sunlight. Be consistent. I just want to share with you. Growth, consistency, it eventually pays off. Peace out.
