Nick Depot: Sometimes we sink into those feelings of despair. What can we do when that happens? We can take a run. We can reach out to someone. And we can go to a meeting of some kind. Let's stick together.

Hey, folks, Nick Depot here just reminded you to keep on taking one more step. Just keep those feet moving. Sometimes we sink into those feelings of despair. I'm certainly no stranger to them. What can we do when that happens? We can take a run. We can reach out to someone. We can sit with it and kind of see what that feeling is trying to tell us. We can journal. We can go to a meeting of some kind, whether it's a 12 step group or some other, you know, connective group like that. So you don't have to do it alone.

You don't have to sit in it. Let's stick together.
