Hey, hey, hey. Happy Sunday, or whatever day it is when you're watching this. My name is Dan Cunningham. Dan the organizer man. And I am a life organization and culinary coach on codring right here. And I go live every Sunday at 03:00 to give you guys some tips, tricks in the kitchen and out, all to help life run a little bit more smoothly. Organization plays such a big part in our day to day. Without it, we would be a catastrophe. When you think about how organization plays a part in our society in general, driving is a great.

Is a great way. Junk food junkie. Hey. Hey. I haven't seen him in a while. Good to see you, my friend. So, yeah, I had a sociality class in college, and we talked about driving and what a miracle it is that we all can cooperate in that system. Clearly, we have accidents, but when you think about the percentage of people that move around in cars and follow the rules of organization. Line up here. Turn this way, turn that way. Stop, go. All that stuff. So organization plays such a huge part in our day to day in our homes and our work environment.

And so I am a huge fan of teaching organization in the kitchen. All right, so today, do you like my swag? What do you think? I think I like it better this way. I think for today, I'm gonna wear it like that. All right. Pumpkin spice. It's everywhere. It's everywhere. Everywhere. I just did a post on my social media accounts making our own pumpkin spice mix, and so I'm pulling that up. I did a little research on the now, I researched cinnamon. So the part of our brain that handles our sense of smell and the part of our brain that handles memory are right next to each other.

And that's why when you smell something, it'll trigger a memory. Pumpkin spice is one of those mixes. You like that. I wasn't gonna say anything about it. I was just gonna wear it, but I couldn't help myself. Anyway, back to pumpkin spice. All right, so memory or sense of smell? And so I wanted to talk about cinnamon. It's actually. Cinnamon is not even in this mix. I don't think. Let me look at that. I'm pretty sure it's not. Oh, no, it is cinnamon. Okay. Cinnamon is so great in so many different ways, but the smell of cinnamon is.

The smell of cinnamon is. It triggers so many great memories. So cinnamon is great for heart health. It has antibacterial properties. It's good for blood sugar control. It's an antioxidant, anti clotting for blood. It helps with digestion and weight management. It is a power spice. All right, before this camera falls off the wall, let's get to it. The recipe for making your own pumpkin spice mix. Just in case there's a national shortage, you're going to do two teaspoons of your cinnamon, two teaspoons of your cinnamon, one teaspoon of ground ginger, and you're going to do half a teaspoon of cloves, and then you're going to do a half a teaspoon of ground nutmeg.

I use these. They're fantastic. Mark them. You'll have a little packet of your spice to use anytime. Katie. Hi. My phone got all wrath with the smell. It does smell so good. I'm not a fan of the pumpkin spice thing. I just don't, I never have been really into flavored, you know, coffees and things like that. But this is a craze. And if you can make your own and keep it on hand, you can pumpkin spice it up any time you want. All right, you guys, next Sunday, 03:00 we'll see you there. Bye. Spicy.

Whoo.
