Good morning. Happy Monday. How are we doing? Happy Monday to you and yours. It's going to be a phenomenal week. You just have this feeling, right? Hello, happy Monday. Let's do it. Little Steve Winwood, the finer things. It's such a great track. Alexa, stop. Happy Monday. My name is Luke Wentland. I've been at CADRE since day one. For those organizations that just rolled out this last week, I just want to say, do what I said I'm going to do. Here we are, Monday morning live. I'm jacked about this.

It's going to be an amazing, amazing start to the week, and we're going to talk about our IM15. Before we do that, we have some housekeeping things. Number one, speaking of housekeeping, we have a big open house. So we have a big open house coming up next week on the 6th. You can come and join our amazing open house. You can see our new office space. We're excited to have you. It's going to be a phenomenal time. We'll have some good appetizers. DJ, it's going to be great. It's going to be good stuff.

So excited to have you all here. Good just camaraderie. Good seeing everybody and just kind of sharing a team moment of our growth in the industry and just being good stewards and teammates for one another and the community. So can't wait for you all to be there. Again, that is next the 6th. m. at our office in the Lumber Exchange. Again, hope to see you there. Next, an exercise that I love, an exercise that I really, really love. Every so often, I think I would challenge you all to do this. It's called the I am 15.

Again, it's called I am, like literally I am times 15. So what you do is just on a normal sheet of paper, you just write I am blank. I am blank. I am blank. And you write that 15 times. And what you do is you start to find out a little bit more about yourself and the affirmations that you're dealing with or what might be happening in your life. So for example, I'm gonna start writing and I'm just gonna start writing a few things. I'll take a minute here, okay? Alexa, play. So I'm gonna write and I'm gonna write a few of my I ams, my I am statements.

and I encourage you to do this right with me Alexa Alexa Alexa one second Alexa Pause. Okay, so here we go. We're heading back. And I'm just going to read a few of mine. And so I hope that this starts to just get your brain going. And I'm going to tell you why in a moment. So here's a couple of my IM time 15. I am destined to do big things in this world. Number 2, I'm struggling to sleep even though I've got an awesome exercise and my anxiety is low. So even though I've got amazing exercise and my anxiety is low, I'm still struggling with my sleep.

So maybe that's something I just got to try something different on. Next, I am so proud of the team at Cadre. So those are three of my I am statements. So I really hope that this brings maybe an exercise for you to do today. So you're like, I'm going to write some I am statements. And whether it's manifestation, whether it's affirmations, whether it's just knowing who you are, it's kind of half the battle in this world to be able to just say like, I am blank. I am blank. And really try to get away from one word answers.

Like I am bold, I am strong, I am a mother, I am a father, I am a, I am a, to get to the point of saying like, know yourself deeper. When you know yourself deeper, I'm telling you like you can do anything in this world. So that's my challenge to you. All right, so we have the open house. We have the I am statements. I love this exercise. And it's something that I do all the time with new onboards of organizations. It's something that we do all the time here as an organization ourselves. You know, we always say like live, eat and breathe it ourselves, which is really great.

And then one last thing I just wanted to share is for anybody that knows me, decaf coffee is where it's at. Only decaf. Can't do caffeine. Well, last week, there was somebody that grabbed an order for me and I'm like, just make sure decaf, make sure decaf. When they got back, like it was, an hour, probably call it after the beverage. And I just started feeling like my blood sugar. I started feeling like my. My hands were starting to get sweaty. It was starting to palpitate. It was almost like that panic ass state, if you know what I'm talking about.

So it's the first cup of coffee that I've had in a long, time that had caffeine in it, but it got me and it still got me. So it's a friendly reminder. It's not a scary thing. It's a friendly reminder that I still have to remember to keep caffeine out of my diet. what's something that you have to watch out for? What's something that you need to ensure that's out of your diet, your intake, your fuel, your whatever, right? Like there's nothing against fried food every so often, but maybe fried food sends you into an absolute tailspin because it messes with your guts or it does whatever, right?

Or maybe it's blueberries and blueberries does it for you. So like I said, who knows what, who knows when, who knows the why and the how. I'm just saying like, whatever it is for you, start to keep a if you're struggling with your mental health, if you're struggling with depression, anxiety, and stress, you're struggling to say, how am I sleeping? What am I eating? Who am I involving myself with? Because if those things are tracked and you start to find like, man, every time I'm with Sally, and when I'm with Sally, I don't feel good about myself, and it's this, and it's this, and it's this, and it's not somebody I want in my life, and it hurts my mental health.

odds are probably Sally's not good for you. Or maybe Sally in short, short doses. And it could be the same for anything. So knowing oneself is the key to taking oneself to the next level. All right? I am times 15. I hope this was a phenomenal exercise for you. I encourage you to try. Take it in, see how it goes. Thanks for joining me today. Love you guys. I cannot wait to see you all at the open house. m. at the Lumber Exchange. It's gonna be an epic moment. I cannot wait. We have a lot of folks that are gonna be coming and it's gonna be so much fun.

Rub some shoulders with some amazing folks doing some incredible things. Okay, take care you guys. Bye bye and thanks again for joining.
