This video does not exist. I'm sure this is working, but for now, we are going to take some deep breaths. It's the end of the week. It's a beautiful day and I am in the middle of moving right now, so I know I need a break and a nice reset of breath work. So start to close your eyes and if you feel comfortable and feel your body, Feel your chest rise as you breathe in. Feel it fall as you exhale and let go. And imagine your energy going down into the earth, down into the ground. And then pull that earth energy up into your feet, legs, hips, torso, shoulders.

Feel it invigorate your body with this beautiful light. Our inhales, we pull Earth energy up. Our exhales, we send our energy down to ground even deeper, even clearer, making that connection even stronger. Similarly, we'll extend our energy up. Maybe we'll even run into the astronauts on the moon. You never know. Connect to what's important to you. And let that go. Go back to the earth, down into the ground and feel your body. It's pulsing, it's waving, it's temperature, it's texture. Just by taking a few minutes to notice our body, notice our breath, we can change our mood, We can change our mental state.

We can alter our heart rate and reset our nervous system. There's so many benefits. So I hope that whenever you're feeling overwhelmed or stressed, a little bit like I am today, you just take a moment for yourself and you just connect with your body and your breath. Even if it's just for a minute, it will pay dividends in the long run. Have a great day, a great weekend, and drink a lot of water, eat some veggies, spread kindness, all that good stuff.
