Talk about courage and resilience is it's just like somebody that's really resilient is typically someone that's gotten off the mat a lot. The most resilient people are the ones that know, hey, I'm fine. I'm going to get back up. That's somebody that is worth following and really inspirational.
Talk about courage and resilience is it's just like somebody that's really resilient is typically someone that's gotten off the mat a lot. And they keep getting off the mat every time they get knocked down because they know they can get back up, because they've experienced getting knocked down and getting back up. So it's like muscle memory. And so the most resilient people are the ones that know, hey, I'm fine. I'm going to figure this out. I'm going to get knocked down. I'm going to get back up.
